awful experience
When I download this app and want to give some feedback about the keyboard. When I send the email to the email address that was shown in the feedback button, yes they reply soon,but I only receive a letter about I cannot sent email to that group!!! If we cannot sent the feedback, why you hypocritically still have that button ? ! Still, the function of showing the battery is useful. So I give a one star.

Firmware Update Won't Work
The main feature of this app is to update the firmware; however, even when using the instructions on Belkin's site to update the firmware, the app doesn't work. After rebooting, "forgetting the device," and restarting the app, the app doesn't "see" the keyboard in order to initiate the update process. Please fix. Thanks.

No Value Add -1 Star
Firmware update does not work so it's hard to determine the value of this app. Nice to have the battery indicator but the keyboard bat last so long you will not need to monitor it anyway.
I think the update problem may be relate due to new IOS releases as some have luck but not me. Rebooted the keyboard, the iPad, followed online directions, etc...
The app won't find the keyboard to pair with either so something is flakey.
If it works for you your lucky - if not it's a waste of ram.

This Clearly Is Not Working
I was having problems pairing my Ultimate keyboard with my iPad and, in researching a fix, came upon the information that there was an app. In the meantime I found a fix for the pairing issue, but decided to download the App in order to take advantage of the battery life indicator and maybe discover some new things.
All I'm getting is a splash screen. It was only when I read the reviews that I realized I'm not the only one. Looks like it's been going on for several days. I hope someone from Belkin lets us know what's going on. This must be embarrassing for them

Firmware update does not work...
I was excited to see that Belkin released an app to provide more functionality to the Qode keyboard. Unfortunately it only partially works. When I launch the app it tells me I have a firmware update, however when I click on install it fails after about 20 seconds. I haven't found any documentation online to address the issue. Hopefully Belkin will get this resolved soon.

App not compatible with f5l151
What's up with this app? Website says that it is compatible with this keyboard but app description doesn't list keyboard as compatible. I only get initial screen. No longer have access to multiple languages after update to iOS 9.0. Ugh. Help please.
Ok - Updates Needed
I don't tend to write many reviews, so I'll be brief. The App appears to have potential. The question I have is what use are App Shortcuts using a keyboard if I have to then confirm the shortcut by lifting my hands to tap the screen? Make a shortcut a shortcut. Also, the feedback icon doesn't appear to work as my email was rejected back to me saying "the server doesn't recognize your email address." I love Belkin and its products; I'm sure they will make the necessary updates.

I downloaded the latest ios for my iPad Air 2 before installing the QODE firmware update for my keyboard.
The battery life indicator is a nice feature and the quick-launch for my favorite apps works great. There is always room for improvement but this app is a thumbs up.

Just a welcome screen for an app? My device is paired but for some reason does not recognize that it is paired so it does not go to another screen. Fix this please! I want to know how much battery my expensive keyboard really does have.
