Problematic
Our company always has issues with this app. All day I’ve gone to log in to a visit, only for the screen to go blank & I have to reload the app. Not ideal when working rural with poor signal. Checked for an update but there isn’t one. The feedback sometimes isn’t visible either, even after you’ve already visited someone that day.

Keep going brand
The app page can not run up completely and alway go brand. Very frustrating and waste time. I had to delete the app and then reload it again.

Always logging me out!!
So frustrating that this app keeps logging me out. Very time consuming having to log back in when I’m trying to work... other than that a great app and would be very convenient...would be giving it five stars 🌟if this problem didn’t occur....come on tagtronics sort it out.
Not happy
Very frustrating as I keep getting logged out, it’s happens at every Service users, very annoying as when I get to call I am logged out and have to log in again and again

App has always worked great but since the last update, it keeps logging me out which is really frustrating

We have had this for a while now and I'm happy to say it's now getting much better, I can see they are trying hard to get the app right and I'm satisfied with the results so far.

Log me out automatically every 10 minutes and I have to use the app every to hours.
Not reflecting the scanning
I’ve been deleting and reinstalling this apps but it still not reflecting the scan, please resolve this as this is our way of saying we are at work
