Unreliable unprofessional drivers
The app itself is fine but the drivers are not. I booked a ride through the app and the driver came to get me, realised there was road works which the driver didn’t bother to ask if he could pick me up elsewhere either, I would’ve happily walked down to meet him despite him being able to get to me just too lazy (only ONE ROAD was blocked, there were plenty of other roads he could’ve used) and cancelled the ride after me waiting for about 15 minutes. So I rang up and asked them why he hadn’t come, they said they’d send him so I waited longer. Then I rang up AGAIN and they told me the driver couldn’t come, nobody bothered to let me know and they were happy to leave me waiting for a taxi that wasn’t going to show up. I was waiting 20 minutes for that taxi and was informed if I still wanted one it’d be an extra 15 minutes! At this point I was already late for work because their drivers are incompetent and can’t read a map apparently. Don’t bother with their service there’s plenty others out there which are far better.
