Don’t upgrade to Elite if you want to capture above 60fps from front camera. That’s the maximum fps on iPhone 10 XS max! It’s deceiving when high frame rate was promised in Elite. Only from the back camera!L6CONT

To be absolutely clear, SwingProfile does NOT make the hardware/camera on your iPhone 10 XS max. In short, the back camera is superior to the front camera, so the back camera is able to maximise fps on your phone using our app as per your comment.Too much $$ for the average guy
I don’t expect software to be free. But, a few free swings and then $10 every month after that is way too steep for what is offered. Maybe not for the teaching pro, but definitely for the casual user. The entire Microsoft Office 365 suite which includes 5 licenses, online storage and monthly updates is only $8 a month ($99/12). I’ve read the reviews. I understand there is no additional hardware to buy and that the developer needs to make a living too. I get that, but it would seem beneficial to the developer to create a pricing plan that makes more sense for this product. And honestly, I wouldn’t sign up for a monthly subscription for this type of software at all. Maybe an annual fee of $10 with a cancellation clause, or a one-time purchase.Show lessHanginChad

It’s a great app, well done to those who created it!! It’s going to revolutionise golf through the ability to self train.
Downside is this : it doesn’t hold enough swings. My iPad has plenty of room on it 128GB , but I had to delete the app after it repeatedly stalled and froze on me . It eventually packed in at 1.78GB of swings. Please fix this, I paid for unlimited swings, and I need to delete them all once it gets full.Show lessDavidK7777777

I thought this was going to be one of those apps that promised the world but in fact gives you a dodgy little island that’s always wet cold and windy.
As it happens this app gives you your own private pacific island with chopper pad and 750 very attentive and I mean really attentive staff.
The app is brilliant. Simple to use and the automatic swing detection is to die for. It just works with no fiddling.
Being able to compare to swings side by side in unison is great. From the app You can capture Luke Donald’s pretty swing or Rory’s raw power and then compare that with yours. Side by side and in sync!
I’ve just purchased a years subscription it is that good.
My swing was coming over the top and now I’m coming back on the inside and just about passed be on the return. In FOUR weeks of using this.
My only two minor complaints are that you can’t search in community for pro swings to compare against and not enough pro swings loaded into app as default.

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and love it! I feel like the only way to improve your golf swing is to actually watch a replay of your swing, focus on correcting something, and then watch it again. This app is by far the best on the market for doing just that! I love how it automatically records my swing. I also love how you can draw on the recording so it’s easier to identify if my head is moving or body is swaying. One of the most unexpected benefits is watching the progression of my swing over the year. I like to compare my swing today to what it was a year ago (the app also makes comparing swings super easy). This allows me to really dial in what’s working and what’s not. Highly recommend this app!Show lessDj322225
Video Doesn't Lie
Can't live without this app. Being practicing golf for 30+ years, had many lessons over the years, read all the books. Then...my golf instructor used this app on me. My life changed!
What I saw and what I felt and what I heard were completely different things. What the instructor said did not quite compute with what I felt - a large bit of denial going on. BUT the video showed all the problems. It doesn't lie - no denying it anymore.
It shows you everything - all the good, all the bad!!!! Still need the instructor to get you out of all the mess step by step but you need this app to be your "eyes" when you practice. It is amazing how you can compensate for bad moves. Old habits die hard and they keep coming back!!! You need to use this app from time to time to tell you that.
It is very clever how it identifies the key positions so you can compare to Ben, Jack or Tiger in their books.
I use it in replay mode all the time - not sure why there is a auto mode (just captures swings without replay). I use the analyze feature to review my swings to see if I made any progress.
If you want to eat humble pie... Capture a swing from YouTube (with some screen capturing free software) and compare yourself side by side with your favourite golfer. Helps with everything - grip, posture, plane, transition, impact.
I will always be a hack but at least this app gives me hope.

Great app. Only one small problem
Great app. Replay feature is tremendous.
But for some reason in replay mode the performance starts to deteriorate as the session goes on. Either it stops capturing swings (I use sound mode) or it captures them with choppy replay (for example a couple of frames in middle of swing will revert to address position).
Worth this headache though because when it works it is extremely helpful to get an instant replay of swing.Show lessdelayed yet again

A couple of weeks ago I noticed another golfer at the driving range with a tablet attached to his bag. When he took a break to look at it, I went over and asked what he had. He graciously, and with great enthusiasm, introduced me to Swing Profile. I had spent significant $$ with GolfTec and here were most of the key features in this app at a much better price. I had been trying a number of "tips" to help my swing - with minimal success. One group of swings with Swing Profile and I saw that my head remained aligned with my hips, thus coming up and out of the swing very early. I've practicing on my deck, but my first 5 holes on the course - before the rain hit - were great improvement. I think this app is a real gem!! Easy to use and very effective!Show lessMomburg
