Just awesome!
It’s soooo nice to find an app that has great basic features usable inter free option. This is the best, simple tool for checking programs and making adjustments to your swing. The auto capture works perfect and is amazingly simple to set up and use. I just can’t express enough how excellent this app is. Use it every time at the range
This is the best app out there. I’m a 12 handicap but scores are dropping fast. (New golf addict, want the best tech that is portable and not super expensive).
Pros:
auto captures your swing
Adds swing plane
Can do a quick instant replay
Can edit your swing after and it captures the important parts of your swing (address, downswing, impact, etc)
Can save every shot, 5th shot, 10th etc
Most importantly, it does not save the videos to your camera roll like some other apps.
Cons:
So far doesn’t have a way to set up to display on separate device, eg if I have an iPad set up and want to use two cameras OR use the iPad as a monitor so I can use the back cAmera (better frame rate)

I’m a teaching professional in Richmond Virginia and use video in all of my instruction. I recently came across Swing Profile and decided to see what it had to offer. I am very, very impressed with it!!! It’s got all the features I need and more. Amazing App
This App does everything it says,Unlike other Apps such as V1 for example,Once you subscribe for the year if you choose to use the Elite version there’s no hidden charges and there’s no ads,This is a Professional App that has all the tools you could possibly need,I especially like being able to do voiceovers on videos I’m sending to students,It makes things so much easier.
But the main thing about this App is the customer support,When I was having trouble with my subscription renewal the attention to detail and response time to my Emails was impressive,They even gave me 3 months for free for the inconvenience.
All in all a top class product.

We have a lot of golfers activating Swing Profile app in Australia with no problem at all. The issue could be your Apple registration is in Canada and you're trying to download/activate from the Australia App store? Unless I’m crazy and completely missed something before now, I love that SwingProfile on the iPad now supports vertical (portrait) swing filming. (IIRC, this was only supported on the iPhone before.) With the new portrait filming mode on iPad, I can now use two old iPads (one for the down-the-line view, and the other for face-on view) and output the instant replays to vertically-oriented TVs and the picture mostly fills the TVs with large, tall rectangular pictures which is easy to view vs. before where it was just a large square picture with lots of empty space on a horizontally mounted TV.
Also, thanks to the developers for the update that retains the “allow rear camera” preference between practice sessions.
Now I just have to get a SkyTrak and attach that to my projector and my home golf simulator will be complete!Show lessmaclabdoug
Doesn’t work on IPhone XS Max
Just downloaded app on my iPhone XS Max. Won’t go past the first four scroll screens, the ‘X’ button in the top left hand corner illuminates when pressed but has no functionality. Essentially the app crashed before I could use it. Glad I didn’t spend any money on it.jf38569

I wanted to find a swing video analyzer that would support simultaneous done-the-line and frontal views of my swing. I’m using a new iPhone 12 Max and a 12.9 “ iPad to use Swing Profile to capture both at the same time. I can manage to capture 60 FPS on the iPad and 120 FPS on the phone using the green and yellow framing squares quite conveniently. I’ll try to compare them after uploading. Only the back cameras support 240 FPS mode which means that you must face the devices away from you and guess a bit to get the video framed properly (about 4 steps from the player) but once the app is ready to record and you take a swing you get auditory feedback that the video was taken which is useful. I’m sure that when I get a stable 2-device set up it will work well. I’m extremely pleased.Show lessshawkin
