App needs a lot of work
As nearly all the other reviews say, I never receive credit for purchases with the loyalty card. I keep telling it to save my credit card for future purchases and it never does. I can’t renew my membership or update my address or other personal information, these things also apply to the website. Starting today 11/21/19 I got a message saying my loyalty club isn’t active as of 2018 but there isn’t a way to renew. Not only that I keep deleting the message and it won’t stay deleted. AND icing on the cake, I bought the early Black Friday special of 10 tickets for $100 and it said they were delivered to my account but there is nothing there. For a theater that charges over $20 per ticket and presents itself as “luxury” I expect a lot more. The only thing this app can do is allow you to purchase tickets easily as long as you are willing to manually enter your CC every purchase and don’t care if you get loyalty rewards.

Can’t log in
The app will not allow me to retrieve my password. When I click the request button to request for my password nothing happens. Also the site will not allow to change your password m. Not user friendly.
The Lot app needs an upgrade - needs work!

Great movie theaters, but totally useless app
I’d given it 0 or negative stars if I could.
Not Part of the Luxury Experience
I agree with the other reviews that the app is terrible, isn’t user friendly, doesn’t award you the points you earned, crashes often, and has repeated error messages. I feel like if you’re going to change premium prices, you’d have the $$ to develop a decent app. It doesn’t make sense why the company would not concentrate efforts to do so in this day and age as it would most likely drive up sales. Dumb.

Be careful you’re buying tix for your theater
Even though I enter my local The Lot theater the app still allowed me to buy tix for another theater. I would think Local Service would prevent this.
Horrible App
I have been a member of the lot for some time. I have purchased tickets through the app while a member and I have never seen the 3% back for my purchases. It constantly crashes, and even though I have “my fave theater” marked, sometimes it removes it from the top and just this Friday I needed up buying tickets for the lot in SF when I live in SD.

Not User-Friendly, Useless Functions
There is no possible way to redeem points for tickets (NOT SUFFICIENT POINTS), albeit having plenty. The app is always glitching and breaking down. It appears to be optimized for the iPhone 4S, which looks great on my iPhone XS.
Crappy app
This is such a poor developed app for an expensive movie theater. Not user friendly at all. Can’t even add my credit card to the account. Oh and when you sign up you have to agree to the terms yet there isn’t a link to read them so you don’t know what you are agreeing to 🤦♂️.
