This app’s solid. It’s for event staff, not ticket buyers.

Quick & Efficient

Quick, efficient & easy to use! I’ve quickly downloaded the app onsite, been added to the organizers “team” & jumped into line scanning tickets. Super easy and intuitive

Gets ticket holders in the door quickly, both for on-site ticket selling and scanning.

Brickfest

I can’t believe brickfest still links guests to download this app to complete check-in! The UNIVERSE App is for the employees, not guests.

App for organizer, not guest

After buying a ticket through the website, I was prompted to download the app. I assumed it would be for easier access to my tickets, search for events, but instead it was simply for the use of event organizers. There should be either a different app for the ticket holders or a different interface all together.

Sorry to hear about your experience, ThoThoGDM. As you deduced, the BoxOffice app is meant to be used by event organizers, not ticket holders. If you've purchased tickets to an event on Universe they'll be delivered to your email. From there you can add your tickets to Apple Wallet or save the ticket PDF to your mobile device. If you can't find them there, you can use that same email address to sign into Universe.com and find them on the My Tickets page. If you're still having difficulty, try contacting the event host and they should be able to assist.

Website needs updating to clarify

Rating is not technically for the app just for attention to issue.

The link on brick fest website takes you to this app but it is meant for organizers not ticket holders I’m assuming.

The brick fest site also gives directions to download the app to show your ticket. I’m sure y’all just need to change that to say the account online but it is confusing to customers.

The app itself may work well for what it’s intended for but needs to be removed from the customer page. Thanks

Worst app ever

I downloaded this app because Brickfest uses it. It has been nothing but an irritation. I forgot my password and it was quite the ordeal to get it reset. When I finally get logged back in to the app, I can’t see my tickets. Apparently, I’m now logged in as an event organizer 🤷‍♀️ I just gave up and printed paper tickets.

The BoxOffice app is meant to be used by event organizers, not ticket holders.  If you've purchased tickets to an event on Universe they'll be delivered to your email. From there you can add your tickets to Apple Wallet or save the ticket PDF to your mobile device. Update will not open

After updating, app will not open. Previous app worked great.

Latest Update Crashes

I’m sure you’ve heard this from a million people but the latest update means that you app crashes immediately when you try opening it.

Normally this app works great.

When can we expect it to be sorted?

Alternatives to Universe BoxOffice
