Crashing
I haven’t been able to open the app since the newest update. It crashes immediately

Sorry to hear about that - this issue should be resolved with the newest version of the app. If the app doesn't launch, try deleting the app and downloading it from the App Store again.

Invalid app
Scanned the code on the ticket I just bought, app says 'invalid ticket.' Also, won't let me download ticket to Apple Wallet. Guess I get to haul out my printer. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic scanning app
Awesome app for scanning tickets, selling tickets at the door, and managing a guest list. I run a food festival and Ticket Manager helped me get through my lineup quickly - I was able to have two lineups with separate people scanning each line. When the Internet when out, the app worked in offline mode as well and then synced back up when the internet came back. If you are looking to sell tickets, Universe is great - highly recommended!
