Nothing else like it
Whenever we have people over they go nuts over our spinn. There is absolutely nothing else on the market that competes with this coffee maker. The app is great too! They are always updating it with new drink options and it immediately connects with our machine as soon as we open the app. The app also provides very easy to follow instructions with video for setup and maintenance. If you are looking for the absolute best do it all coffee machine this Spinn is just that. I also love that you can connect directly to a water line and never have to fill up the water tank!

Best coffee & good for earth!
I keep obsessing with making either ristrettos that feel like the real Italy or a Cold Nitro Brew that are just perfect. And this app is so convenient and easy to use. I can configure any coffee I want in the most intuitive way. Love it and no more Nespresso one time pods that pollutes our planet !
Requires Re-Login
Although the app itself is fine and reasonably intuitive, it requires a re-login from time to time and doesn’t “remember” the details so I have to look at my notes. It also occasionally fails to connect to the Spinn. When the latter happens, the only way to get it restored is to unplug the Spinn, then plug it back in.

This is the best investment I have ever made. It is an amazing machine. You just place the cup and press a button. It is an incredibly cool machine. Thank you
High quality coffee shop experience at home!
We purchased our first spin machine in October 2022. We are a bit skeptical with the price tag, but figured the cost avoided from going to coffee shops over the year would pay for itself in a year or two. Thank goodness we decided to do it as it’s been an amazing addition to our home experience. High quality coffee, access to their convenience of the app, and all of the recipe suggestions they provide. I highly suggest this machine for any home that respects high-quality coffee and can afford it.

Picky machine
So far not super impressed. You have to constantly monitor the cup size you're filling and if machine stops half way through brewing for the many reasons it does - you don't know if the brew will restart from where you left off or if it will start from scratch so you're constantly surprised with either a nice full cup or cleaning up coffee off the floor.
Grinder is super loud as well. I'm a top off my cup kinda gal so this is mot a coffee maker for the impatient. Will give it a few more days...

Really great
My career has afforded me the opportunity to own and use many luxury espresso machines. After my personal machine stopped working I went on the search for something new and innovative. The Spinn has been just that. The ability to have access to many different variations of coffee preparations has been a game changer. Spinn continues to provide new variations with the latest of nitro cold brew being so amazingly delicious! Happy to have taken a chance on this machine.

Almost perfect
I love this coffee machine! It makes spectacular coffee drinks, and is very user-friendly. My only wish is that it could be easier to change the type of coffee beans being ground. Once you put coffee in the hopper, it’s very difficult to change that for someone who wants a different type of coffee – for example, decaf.

Enjoying the new cold brews
I’ve been using my Spinn coffee maker for a year now except for sending it in twice for repairs. Since I should limit my caffeine intake to 1 cup a day, my favorite is the cold brew drip. Husband also likes the cold brews occasionally after his morning XL. Hopefully the Spinn will become more reliable (& less noisy) as upgraded parts are used in it’s manufacturing.

Decent
Different brewing technology. Give you a light, bright, and crisp taste. Good for large Americano coffee etc. In this case, spinn coffee maker For true Italian espresso, with the buttery and creamy taste, it’s better to go with the traditional methods. Go with Terra Kaffee, Philips 5400 series, or jura Z10 also has cold brew method. Reply to the Spinn developer response, centrifusion technology isn’t good for espresso, you should really look into the responses from all the users on Facebook group. I have multiple machines, including yours, each machine perform different functions and has their own pros and cons. You, the developer from Spinn stating that Spinn is the best machine in the world, it’s simply a selfish statement. And also you keep mentioning Terra Kaffe, are they really a competitor that you care so much that you trash talk about their brand now? Simply put it, your espresso can’t even compare with Jura Z10 and our La Marzocco (which is the machine I am proud to benchmark and use it towards the customers, oh, and they are also MADE IN ITALY) . Also not to mention your components are also made in China, so what is your angle?

Interesting feedback that we have not heard before, the Spinn espresso and ristretto is known to be the best from all the full automatic machines in the industry, tested by roasters and barista's. Are you sure you're not here to promote Terra Kaffee? ;) thank you! Thanks again for the response. Spinn is not familiar with centrifusion technology so we are not sure what you're referring to or whether that technology is good for espresso making. If your benchmark for your espresso's is a Chinese OEM made machine like Terra Kaffee we understand the confusions here. Best of luck (and espresso's)!
