Apple is 100% responsible for app download and installation - this has nothing to do with the app. If you contact us at support@magicwindow.app, we can explain both how to request a refund from Apple, and how to potentially make the download work. Please do not blame us for Apple's problems.

Beautiful time lapse images on my 4K TV look amazing! Very relaxing. The optional built music is nice, but it would be a bonus if I could choose to play off of my Apple Music. I had a minor tech issue and emailed support. I had an immediate response with simple instructions on how to restore the app and it worked beautifully. Great support!
