Although I understand the need for extra security, this app has quite a few restrictions that make it difficult to execute account changes. With the unfortunate shift to “automated” customer service, the app should allow for ease of use

One feedback with the UI... It can feel a little like a web app or as if I am logging into a website, instead of a native iOS/ iPadOS app. The interface becomes sluggish and bounces around. Even with a fast connection. Not sure what is causing that. Overall, I do appreciate the functionality and the options available to complete my online banking needs. Thank you for continually improving this app.

I like depositing electronically for convenience and security. I like 24/7 accessibility to our account.

I would like the option to show the checking account transactions page immediately instead of a splash and account listing page.
