In response to your update, we're unable to locate you with the name you used on your review "Jibber45". Currently, the best way to reach us is by emailing help@prezzee.com. If you put your name "Jibber45" into the subject line (or let us know what your existing ticket # is), we can locate you and respond immediately. If your unable to update your review again and have Facebook, feel free to DM your ticket # to us so we can search for it as well.

Easy gift card giving
Tip to the Company: allow the purchaser to correct any information they give if the card comes back “pending’, in my situation, I corrected the “pending” card with the correct address but it converted back to the wrong address when I resent, this needs to be fixed.
Great way to send gift card to loved ones.

Also, when you try to choose which retailer to swap it to, you can't browse their shop.
So you either go by the brief description of things they sell, if you switch back and forth between Prezzee app and internet searches to see shuck items a retailer sells, how much they are, then go back and swap your card for that much.
I gave him dress of dollars in Prezzee as gifts, and I gave big spent them because it's too time consuming to bother.
