No option to send to another wallet

Having extreme troubles with app. Turns out there is no way on the app to send your crypto to another wallet! I prefer to keep my crypto in a wallet I own and have the keys for. Without this, the crypto is never really mine. Now why is there no option to transfer crypto to another wallet?? Only reason I can think of is that it is a scam. Does the crypto I bought even exist? I can’t get a hold of support to close my account. Every time I try to withdraw my funds it takes me to a verification page that I already completed! I feel like this app is one big Ponzi scheme. How can I check my transactions on the block chain?? If I can’t then the transactions don’t really exist!!

We appreciate your feedback. Let us please clarify that you can send your crypto to another wallet using the Withdraw button. Also, you may check the transactions on the Blockchain by choosing the currency -> going to the Payments tab and tapping the transaction in question. There you'll see the transaction ID/hash and a clickable link to check it on the Blockchain. The app is smooth and fast, no hang ups and it's easy to navigate through the markets, Exchange process is also fast. Identify process is also fast.

Can’t withdraw

I was trying to withdraw my funds to my btc wallet I was told I need to do the card verification and after sending the verification pics to them several times I received a email that my verification has been approved and when I tried withdrawing again It was stuck at pending for several hours til I get an email that my withdrawal was rejected I email support No one is replying back This is scam!!!

Great app with a couple of tweaks needed!

Great app for exchanging your crypto instantly and very easy straight forward to use👍. Couple of things I would like to see in the app for the future. 1. Faster payments option should be allowed on app instead off going to the web site every time to use faster payments option. 2. A lower exchange rate would be very helpful when your low on crypto. The minimum amount to exchange must come 50% lower please. Thank you

Robbery

You are a scam and a complete fraud. I deposited $200 as requested, then you backdoor and tell me oh sorry, it is $300. So instead of taking another $100 to equal the $300, you tell me no that you require another additional $300. That is sent. Then MAGICALLY there is an “audit” process that needs to take place that costs $150 even though the error was yours! Then magically that is the deposit that is not showing up for you even though I sent every single screenshot of every approved deposit, exchange, and withdrawal and even sent in my bank statements! You have robbed me of nearly $800. You are being reported and you should be in jail. How are you even allowed to be in operation!?

Kindly note that CEX.IO never requests to make a deposit, there’s no “audit” process that costs money. The things you are describing don’t exist on CEX.IO. We suppose you were dealing with scammers that have no relation to our platform. We appreciate your understanding.

STOP. DO NOT DEPOSIT!

Do you not deposit funds unless you have cleared all of their checks. it’s been over a week and my money is locked up and I can’t get a hold of anybody because your customer service is terrible. It exists, but it’s a bot who then tells you you have to wait longer to talk to a person who will never reply.

Update. Still can’t access my money.

Useless app they are fraud

I lost $600 with of BTC to this app they asked me to upload the card that I used for my last transaction... I upload it for more than 8times when it’s time for me to withdraw my money they said I can’t that my account has been frozen now I want my money back I contact the customer service no one is picking I sent multiple emails nothing they are fraud
