If I could rate “0” stars if I could

So I made my account and gave them all the verification documents that were requested and was emailed back that my account was verified and my card was verified via my selfie photo I uploaded and still for no reason whatsoever, my hundred dollars that I deposited is locked in the account and now has vanished to who knows where. I’ve been emailing customer service and they have literally no answers or solutions for me and have me going in circles. I would like my hundred dollars that I deposited and that was withdrawn from my bank account ASAP! I feel I’m being scammed out of my money!! RIDICULOUS !!!😡😡😡🤯🤯😭😭

Don’t use this app

Garbage app really they just frozen my withdraw amount, saying they discovered IPs from other countries when I was the only person using my account and In the same country, and so my money are frozen don’t know what will happen but keep in mind strange things happen in this app

Complete and Utter Scam

By far the worst and most incompetent customer service. I cannot believe that this website has so many positive reviews for how many hoops you have to get through to withdraw your own money. The verification process is terrible and requires you to get customer service involved who take a day to respond and then have you jump through another hoop. I wish I could give this site 0 stars with how many emails I have sent. Up to 20+ emails and counting and still can’t withdraw.

Important Note!

I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency funds with the help of crimesnetcyber @ gmail So I file a report on crimesnetcyber @ gmail and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within 2 weeks I feel indebted to him.
Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam to reach out to crimesnetcyber @ gmail highly respected.

Poor

The old app was much more user friendly. Now, I can’t place limit orders, when I place an order I can’t see what I’ve bought things for at market price. It’s just a mess with no confidence in using it, error messages popping up left, right and centre. Had no issues at all with the previous app.

URGENT!!! Adding a New Address issue in IOS

There’s an issue I have been experiencing for sometime now and it needs urgent a attention. It’s either I am Doing something wrong or the app isn’t functioning correctly. Whenever I try to add a new withdrawal/deposit address on my iPhone I am unable to see or get the “ Done “ option to give that solid blue highlight. I fill out all the fields particulars and ensure that they are correct but even so it still doesn’t gives that solid blue highlight. I had this issue with my older iPhone 6s Plus on iOS 15.x.x and now I’m using a iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 16.x.x and it’s the same issue. Please developers look at this and see if there’s a bug somewhere hiding.

I really wanted to like this exchange but

This exchange is horrible about getting back to customers , I’ve been waiting three days for help to be able to withdrawal my funds , but my account is locked , I’ve sent countless emails the last three days and no response. I was using my crypto for my vacation fund. So I flew 900 miles just to be locked out of all my money. And no one is here to help me. I’ve tried the live message and waited hours for a response on two different days still nothing . Stay away , unless you’re willing to be screwed over by another exchange. Horrible experience

Scam

Downloaded this app because some creep said he wanted to send me 3k for used underwear 💀 he asked me to download this app to send the money so I did then he blocked me 💀😂 I figured he was a scammer of some sort but idk what information he got from me Simply downloading an app. He must be one of the developers and trying to get ppl to download this crap. Lol I didn’t use it tho so idc. Deleting app now. Waste of space on my phone. Go use Coinbase yall.

Most features don’t work

I’ve used this app for years and they still haven’t fixed the “date of birth prefix” error when trying to add a new card.
The Apple Pay feature doesn’t work either.
These are two features that basically make the app unusable. It’s fine when you have money I the account but the chew of having to do this via the website makes the app a bit pointless.

Easy to use interface, poor verification process

The app is easy to use, which is really the only redeeming part. The verification process is terrible. However, the worst part is you are allowed to deposit, but then when it comes to withdrawing, you are unable to without verifying, so you can’t do so if the app can’t verify you. It’s fine to have this issue, if you have live support, but surprise surprise, there is no live support. Instead you have to wait in the email queue until someone gets back to you.
