Just downloaded the app and only got to the phone dial with a loading symbol constantly revolving on the number 2. What happens next??

Unfortunately I got to give a one star because it’s not working with my iPhone 7. So I really can’t give it a positive review because I can’t use it. It keeps cutting out.
