Muy mal servicio siempre llegan tarde asta 20 minutos tarde y cuando llamas para dar tu queja con un conductor simplemente te cuelgan la llamada eso es una gran falta de respeto

Pésimo servicio pero no por los que manejan los carros sino por su dueño y las que hacen despacho que todo el tiempo es regañando a sus conductores mal ambiente para el pasajero que está tomando el servicio y sus empleados no entiendo cómo se aguantan tanto, no lo recomiendo el sistema es viejo actualisence

Demaciado tiempo
Los taxis aquí por lo general se tardan demasiado en llegar, esto es un problema grave cuando uno va a trabajar.
Driver Harrased My Daughter
On Saturday July 29th, 2023 I requested a taxi to drive my daughter to her friends house to do some summer homework. The driver, a man of hispanic background, around 40 years of age started asking inappropriate questions to my daughter while she was alone in the car with him. He asked her if she had boyfriend and when she said no he said she was too beautiful so she had to be lying. My 16 year old daughter didn’t know what to say and stayed silent. Then as they were arriving at her destination, he repeatedly asked her if she wanted him to be her boyfriend, disregarding the fact that she was a minor and was 24 years younger than him. When my poor daughter got to her friends house she left the car promptly and called me crying. I thank god that nothing further occurred but I am writing this review to make everyone aware of the perverted drivers this company hires.

La queja no es tanto de la app, es como tal del pésimo servicio que ofrece esta compañía, tiene todo mal, atención al cliente y recepción de llamadas pésima, tiempo de espera pésima, todo está mal con esta compañía.

WORST CAb EVER, so slow, they never ever ever show up, and when you try to call they just hang up the phone.
ABSOLUTE TRASH! DO NOT GET IT!!!!
If I could rate this zero stars I would! I book cars FIVE times and they NEVER showed up. It kept coming up saying the drivers dropped me off when they never even showed up. This app is complete trash. Don't waste your space on your phone for it. Stick to uber. It's more reliable.
Terrible update
At first I was pleased with design and happy since the older version wouldn't let me cancel a cab once booked but now I can't even book a cab when I need it since the "ASAP" option refuses to work and it keeps telling me "Too short notice" it's really annoying and I hope it gets fixed soon since I use this company literally 4 times a day 6 days a week
