Great trustworthy service, website excellent and if assistance is needed over the phone the staff work hard to ensure you have a good resolution ( I only needed to contact when COVID disruptions occurred) The accommodation has been great as well. Photographs usually give a very good idea of what to expect of the accomodation. I have alway been able to change the dates or get a credit so big thumbs up from me.Show lessPoorinda

I tried to book accommodation online but had an issue with the payment. I called and got it sorted quickly and with minimum fuss by a very helpful agent.Saskent

Luxury escapes is a great service but my god… this is one of the most frustrating apps. The response time on the app has caused endless double taps on items. Randomly, scrolling will freeze.caleb428

This is a lovely hotel so when I saw this on Luxury escapes with the option to upgrade to a King size Spa room I thought it was going to be perfect for my 50th. The confirmation email confirms a detailed account of the room you are getting with a large black spa bath which in spa country secured my booking. When I checked in I got a small ordinary spa bath with a shower over the top. I went back to reception to tell them there was a mistake to get told the hotel was full and that luxury escapes had been told to stop advertising this picture of the room with the booking. I was so disappointed as I had envisaged this room for my50th for months. I got the room that overlooks the car park at the back with one chair in the room so that one of us had to have our drink sitting on the bed which I hate. I could not get reception on my phone to show them my booking until the last night. It wouldn’t have made a difference as to them the fine print says all rooms are different and not guaranteed, so why confirm ones booking with a full description of the beautiful black freestanding bath described in the confirmation? I felt so disappointed the whole trip after so looking forward to this room. I would be extremely cautious booking another trip with Luxury Escapes if ever. I felt very let down on this occasion.Show lesslouwolff

I was just lookin for new places to go but if I wanted to go to A certain place this app would be useless. It’s not that many places listed.Mical badger
Unreliable
This app/ site does not really find things you look for. If you type “U.S. Virgin Islands”, you get results for British Virgin Islands. Things like that make the search useless and annoying. It’s on par with Groupon, it has some specific deals it wants to sell you, it doesn’t have very many locations or specific things you may be looking for.Show lessTHE C137
