Slightly Dissatisfied
This app has two spaces between ‘JBL’ and ‘headphones’ in the name so it looks like : JBL Headphones The app’s features are good though but I urge the company to fix this error as it makes my phone look less aesthetically pleasing. I additionally believe that this app needs an update in terms of theme and ease of use.

Won’t change in case
Right earbud in my original set, would shut off by itself and would not recharge when put into the charging case. Cleaned the contacts several times but that wasn’t the problem. Even after cleaning, the right earbud would not charge and would not pair with my phone. Had them replaced under warranty, it took about two weeks to get my replacement earbuds. When I got my replacement earbuds, I used them once, and they worked fine. The next day, when I tried to use them again, the left earbud went out and wasn’t charged. I double checked to make sure that the charging case was fully charged, which it was. I am going to be looking to return this set of earbuds and get a full refund.

No JBL Tune 510
So i lost my old headphones on a plane and they were dine with connecting to my iPad. But my dads just brought me a new pair of headphones and I was really happy!! But since they are 510 Tune they are not found on the app? I’ve reinstalled the app and everything they are not found and or supported. I usually like JBL but this is horrible as they cost money but then you can’t even use what you brought? Please fix this or stop producing 510 it’s a scam and has really annoyed me. But I’d rather it be fixed. Thank you.

JBL tune
Bought brand new right side doesn’t work. Was told to get the app which I did. Again same thing. Case fully charged left side showing 100% whereas right side ain’t even showing numbers. Removed and put back in, still not working and as per app the right side still nothing.
Terrible Air Pods
They never charged on one side from new and even though I registered on the site they wouldn’t acknowledge the fault without a receipt which I didn’t have.

Keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting. No idea why but Amazon won’t allow me to return these.

Horrible Chime/alert Notification Sound
Loud horrible notification sound every time on switching on, connecting to a device, low power indication and turning off. I cannot disable this via the App. Would not recommend these headphones
