Terrible useless app. Don’t download.
It doesn’t seem like there’s been any updates done to this app. You can’t see how many points you’ve accumulated, what rewards you get, and how to use the points.
I was told that you can submit receipt online to get points, no such thing was found.
If you don’t have the reward card, there’s no way for them to scan your card on the app. Server doesn’t ask if you have a rewards card nor does the cashier. The rewards system is pretty useless.
The food is good though.

So frustrating
It never allows me to use my password to log in. I’ve reset several times and each time I get an error message. I’m kissing out on so many points. The only it’s good for is ordering as a guest.
Point value
It took me awhile to get the app but have had the card for awhile. Now that I’ve synced the two where can I see my points balance? Or add a receipt for orders I didn’t have my card handy?
Works ok
The app was okay to work with but was not designed well for the phone. Certain screens is illegible on the cellphone so it was difficult to order but I was able to negotiate thru it to place the order.
Went to pick up but the store didn’t have the order on their computer
Ordered on line but when we went to pick up our order didn’t exist at the store. I didn’t receive a confirmation email either. I went back into the app and gave the guy my order number and he said he would take care of it. I checked that I clicked the correct location. It’s just an inconvenience because we had to wait longer for the order. I would just rather call the store directly that way I know there won’t be any problems

Outstanding Food
Always love this place, the app however is lacking not in content but in font size. I have great vision but this app is making me think I need to go see an optometrist and I am on an iPhone X. The screen is not giant but it is above average.....ladies... just kidding. But serious increase the default font size in the app. Thanks.

“No Dressing, on Wrong Salad”
The app is easy to use and place an order. My app order is easy and simply explainable. It clearly states No Dressing on on the Keen Kale Salad. Unfortunately, my other Salad Golden State Kale Salad was made with no dressing and had no chickpeas. Usually this would not upset me but it did. The Keen Kale Salad is for later tonight (5 hours later). I hope it’s still eatable later tonight not wet and soggy.😣

Terrible app!
Difficult to navigate and use. Takes too long, I’d rather just call an order in. I only tried it to try and use their rewards program, but I’m deleting it off my phone.
