The app needs to user friendly
There are multiple issues with the STONEFIRE grill app. I had placed an online order with the app and I never received the points for that order. I talked to the store manager in regards to this issue and she had no idea how to give me my points. There is no customer service number we can call or talk to anyone if we run across an issue. The store manager took my email address and phone number and said she will get back to me to solve this issue. I never received a call on their end. The app also does not allow us to see the total points we received or the rewards earned. In addition, there are also no options to make changes or edit your options when trying to place an order. They really need to make the app user friendly and make modifications. I won’t be using this app anymore. I will simply call to place my pick up order. Overall, I never received my points for the online order simply because the manager or the employees didn’t know what to do.

Cold pizza
I’m sure the pizza is good hot but it was ice cold and chewy because it was cold. The salads were good. The order was picked up on time so they didn't care to make the hot order last so it would not get cold. Not ordering again at least not pizza.
Stonefire Grill App
I’d order from Stonefire Grill more often but the app is so terrible that I usually end up giving up on it and ordering elsewhere. The text is way too small and such a burden to read that you literally need both reading glasses and a magnifying glass which I usually don’t have on hand hence the giving up part. I keep hoping they fix it so I can get some use out of it. So far, no such luck.

App not working
Was unable to register into the iOS app - the Submit button is disabled no matter what I did. Tried multiple times. Some fields don’t even have placeholder text, so you have no clue what they are there for up until you tap into them.

My app opens and the font is so teeny tiny I can’t even read it to place an order
Wasted my time
I literally spent over an hour trying to create an account and the app just kept saying login failed. Worst app ever.
Works and is easy to order
The font is way too small! It's tiny and hard to read. I had to put my phone up under my nose to read anything

Just ordered lunch via app and everything was laid out simple and easy. Being able to save order as a favorite is great since we tend to order the same items every single time.

I have used several online ordering apps for to go food and this is one of the best for customizing orders.
I wish that they would include the option to purchase their bbq sauce in pints or quarts on the app.
