    Dr. Wang was extremely professional and helpful. He took the time to evaluate my neck range of motion and was clear and precise with his explanation for the best plan of action for my pain. I would highly recommend him and will choose him again should something arise in the future.
  • Virtual visit

    I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Billie Zody very much. She is amazing, I have adored her since she delivered my first son in 2016. I understand the need for virtual visits and for simple reasons this was incredibly convenient. However, I do not want to diminish the importance of in office visits and would prefer a face to face when at all possible. Again, annoy speak highly enough about Dr. Zody, she is wonderful 🙂

  • Excellent Process / Outstanding Provider

    My provider has outstanding knowledge of my health condition. He absolutely encouraged me of my condition and what I should continue doing. This process is very effective and I recommend it as best.
  • Visit for Ear Ache

    Very easy to use service. Provider was very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely use again.
  • Covid screening not helpful

    I had symptoms of Covid mid March- cough, fever, etc. I talked to a nurse through the free Covid screening and was basically laughed at. I was told I wasn’t getting a test If I hadn’t been in direct contact with someone or had been out of the country in the last 21 days.

    If you think you have Covid, I suggest reaching out to your doctor instead of wasting time on this. I waited over an hour to just be laughed at. I have pre-existing conditions and they still weren’t taking me seriously. Very disappointed in iu health.

  • Why do I have to change my password EVERYTIME!

    I have had to use this Virtual service twice now. As per the advice of my cardiologist’s nurse I set up the app a few days before the appt. on the day of the appt when logging in I had to change my password. Just one day after downloading and sitting up the app I had to change my password ???? Not Good. Now 2 weeks later and I had an appt with my Primary Dr and before I could get connected I had to download new changes made to the app, and after the download the stupid system made me change my password again. Enough Is Enough with changing the password!!!!!!!!! If I have to use the Virtual Visit app again and it makes me change my password I will not do it and I Will Don’t Use This App Ever Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Some glitches...

    Overall I love the convenience. However, every time my appointment is about to start with a provider, the app redirects me to the form (that I’ve already completed) about the reason for my visit and medical history and I get sent to wait for another provider. Just irritating, since it has happened with every virtual appointment.

  • Excellent

    The first time I used the app, I was unable to do video connection but was able to talk with RN over phone. She was kind, knowledgeable, answered all questions and guided me through what was to happen next.
    Today, Emily was amazing! We were able to do web visit. She was patient, supportive and again guided me through the next steps. Both times my anxiety was put to rest by the nurses conducting the virtual visits.

    I am proud to say I work with RN’s who show such compassionate care to their team members during this COVID19 crisis!

  • Very Friendly and knowledgeable

    This app is easy to use and the nurse I spoke with was very friendly and welcoming. I did a coronavirus screening and while there is still a lot unknown about it, she covered all the bases.
  • Virtual Visit

    I found ap somewhat easy to use. I was a little frustrated though after spending time reviewing the online staff and choosing one, that I was directed to someone else. In both calls, the nurse was courteous & helpful.
    Not quite sure what to offer/state instead.
    Good service to have available in current pandemic state.
