Can’t rebind my twotoo

I forgot my device before I unbundled, now it won’t ever let me sync properly anymore and my bracelet is useless

Hello! I'm not quite clear on the issue you described. Did you mean you unpaired your account? Whether it's unpairing both sides or just disconnecting the device normally, you can reconnect the jewelry to the app and use it again.

Poorly made

This new update has signed me out and I don’t remember my password so it’s sent me a code consisting of letters to me in iMessage but then only gives me the option to enter a number code on the app. Poorly thought out by the developers

Hello, we don't have the authority to cancel your account. Please check if the area code you selected when logging in matches the phone number you entered. Additionally, you can reset the password for your phone number by clicking on "Forgot Password".

Terrible App

The bracelet looks great, but that’s about all there is to say. The app is riddled with broken english, and the help menus lead you to the wrong articles. The loading time it takes to do anything in the app is abysmal, and some of the functions don’t even work. My bracelet is not working despite restarting the app, my phone, bluetooth, and even uninstalling/reinstalling the app. I did manage (after waiting for several minutes) to open some of the help menus and followed all of the recommended steps, and nothing is working. Totwoo works great when it does, but good luck if yours stops working cause it’s an unbelievable hassle to try and fix it.

My wife and I love these :)

I purchased these online from the website without reading the reviews on the App Store, and to be honest, I was very nervous that we would not be able to get the bracelets to work properly after seeing these reviews. However, I am pleased to say that we do not have any issues with these once we figured out how they work. The concept is really sweet and we absolutely love having them. We are often too busy throughout the day to text, and it’s nice to be able to send a reminder to your partner that you’re thinking of them. You can send thinking of you with a short press, and I love you with a long press. You can send an SOS signal, etc. from the app as well. The color of the lights and the lengths of the vibrations are customizable as well. So nice!

I will admit, it was slightly tricky to get the bracelets connected with each other and the app. But we persevered through frustration and watched the video and read troubleshooting instructions included on the app. I’m happy to say that the bracelets work wonderfully! I even went on an overnight trip and the bracelets still worked when we were in different cities ♥️ highly recommend. If you’re having issues, try charging your bracelet. They don’t work great when the battery gets too low and the battery level doesn’t seem to be too accurate. Also try closing and reopening the app. We love ours!

Mot worth it

I thought it was a good idea to buy a pair of these beautiful bracelets for my mom and I, we are far away and it is a nice thing. At first I went a little crazy because it was vibrating everywhere and I couldn't understand why, my mom wasn't touching anything. I finally managed to control that, but now it turns off, it has a battery, I put it on and suddenly it doesn't work, I have to put it back on the charger to make it work again. You separate yourself from the application a little and it no longer works. It seems like a high price for the number of glitches that both the app and the bracelet have, the only good thing I would say is the design is cute.

Regarding the jewelry vibrating unexpectedly: Please navigate to "My" > "Manage Tottles" > "Jewelry" > Click the firmware version of the jewelry ten times. After the tenth click, an upgrade page will appear. Please proceed with the upgrade. The upgraded jewelry should resolve the issue of unexpected vibrations. Regarding the jewelry not functioning when you leave the app: If you are using an iPhone, please go to your phone settings, find the Totwoo app, and ensure that "Location" is set to "Always" and that background app refresh is enabled. Troubles

The app no matter what we do constantly disconnects. Have of the time if you try to upload a picture it fails. Love the bracelets and was hoping this would be an awesome gift. But in reality its caused more frustration than anything. I wouldn’t recommend this product solely based on the poor app design and functionality. I hope they get it working much better than it does or I can see a-lot of returns happening and sales decline I was prepared to buy at least three more to connect other family members but after the experience with just the 2. I wont
Be purchasing anymore.

Wouldnt connect

Me and my boyfriend split money and bought these for valentine’s day and received them on valentine’s day. They’ve been working great so far until yesterday after i got home from not having wifi, i connected onto my wifi again and no matter what I did, it still shows “connecting..” it’s incredibly frustrating because my boyfriends watch would be connected but it wouldn’t send anything even though my wifi was completely stable and everything was turned on and charged. Please let me know how i can fix this

The steps are: press and hold the jewelry panel for about 30 seconds, and you will see red, green, and blue colors. When the three-color light flashes alternately, it means the restart is successful. Terrible app unfortunately

I don’t write reviews but I’m writing this to warn others to stay away from this company . When I got this bracelet for valentine day I regretted it a few days later . The app is very bad and I mean really bad without exagerating . It keeps freezing , it keeps disconnecting , my gf bracelet can’t send anymore touch signal . Useless feature like the chat system . Such a shame that such beautiful bracelets are held back by such major flaws. I’m hoping for a fix or an update but I dont think the people behind the app cares at all .

Suggestion to developers :

make ur app stable and simple ,which mean extra features are useless if the bare minimum isn’t working ,

make the connections between bracelets bullet proof , if not you’ll lose all your customers in a matter of months if ur lucky ,if not in a matter of weeks

delete the chat system it’s useless since people text or use social media and invest that time to reinforce the connections between bracelets and phones

Overall if you bought the bracelets… good luck… you’re gonna have a tough time , i would refund and suggest bond touch instead , less pretty but at least the bare minimum works perfectly unlike this abomination of an app .

Dear totwoo user, if you have not received the SMS verification code, it is recommended that you try to obtain the voice verification code. Please be patient and try to obtain it 3 times. After 3 times, the app will activate a temporary verification code. This is when you touch an unlinked jewelry, you can get a temporary verification code
