  • Hearts Play on line

Quick game . Fun to ply. Make sure you check and set settings before playing. Can rate level of opponent you play.
  • Excellent app

I love this app! Easy to use and excellent features. You can easily adjust the rules and speed of play. I have used their other apps too (Canasta) and thoroughly enjoy them.
  • Easy to play

This game was easy to jump right into. The layout is intuitive. I only wish there were more faces for the players. :)
  • Deals

The automated deals are poorly constructed. 80% of the time they are amazingly great or amazing horrific, eliminating any strategy whatsoever to maneuver within the cards received - just sit there hand after hand and either accept the 20+ points or the 2 or less points. Being a bystander is incredibly frustrating and removes all enjoyment from the app. I am soooo happy to removed those app from my phone and hope the developers hire some data scientists who know what they’re doing.

We use a regular Fisher-Yates algorithm for computerised shuffling. So, it is random, fair and the same for every player. The same shuffling and dealing in all our games, so that part is not even aware that you play Hearts.
  • Great way to stay connected

This game has provided our group with hours of fun while social distancing. Great way for those who like card games to stay connected.
  • Love the game BUT:

I play so much that I am seeing repeat hands/games. I am at the 3 star level which won’t move down any lower and then you can go up a level which might be the REALLLLLY EXCELLENT players! What now??

And why do so many people get the Queen, even the first hand, and QUIT? So frustrating. I guess they are penalized with points and then we get points, right?

Anyhoooo, would love more games at the 3 star level... Or I can try the 4 stars if I am not laughed out of it! Might be out of my range.

GREAT GAME for online or offline playing... Thank you.

  • Best Hearts game

Other games have full screen ads after every hand. This one has smaller ads that doesn’t interrupt the games.
  • Program

I enjoy playing this game, but I am constantly frustrated. If I take more than 3 seconds to make a move, the computer makes one for me, and it’s always a bad one. If I must leave for a minute or two to do something else, the computer takes over. I wouldn’t mind this, but again The moves are always bad ones, and I have to come from behind in the game. It would be nice if I could be allowed more time to contemplate a move. The computer, or other players, if indeed there are other players, appear to have much more time than I ever get. It would also be nice if the computer were programmed to make the best rather than the worst move when it’s in control.

There is no timer when you play with computers, only when you play online with other people. They can't wait for your move a couple minutes, when a whole game is about 15 minutes. You have at least 5 seconds per play plus time bank which allows you to have 15 seconds for a couple plays each hand. It seems enough. If you need more than 15 seconds each time you play a card, you probably need to set up a friendly game without timers. At least, those who think it is too slow will be able to leave without a penalty. Automated plays are pretty "dumb" to make sure nobody uses auto-play to get an advantage.
  • Can’t help but feel....

That when you play offline that the three opponents work in tandem against you. The almost impossible ways they stick you with the queen of spades so early in a round, so many times, almost seems a mathematical impossibility if the game is truly random and if your opponents supposedly are working in their own self-interests to win instead of a united goal of defeating the human opponent.

Probably am going to look elsewhere for a Hearts game to enjoy instead of getting frustrated.

We never cheat in our games. But we could have made these computers too strong. If that is the case, you can reduce their skills in the settings.
  • Simply Great

Simply Great. User friendly, best user interface, smooth gameplay, looks like they really took their time making this app. They have a public and/or private chat community which is pretty cool. Best hearts game out there, especially because you have the option to play an exibition game against 3 computer players or online with anyone around the world.
