Really bad user experience
Really bad user experience. Here is what I have to go thru every time, I do a fresh search! Open the app, enter info to find a property, select a property, app requires you to login but lost all my previous search results. It does not take you back to where I was.
App doesn’t work
I’ve called, reset, uninstalled etc and the app just doesn’t work. It’s been two years and I’ve had 0 help and have been with HE since I graduated undergrad. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere
Horrible app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used for booking rooms not user friendly at all needs a lot of improvements and that probably will never get done cause nobody cares when you tell them about the problems every single night there is a problem with a room and it’s taking an extra hour to get into the room this is getting old

Good App with issue
Booked easy enough, problem comes when I need an email confirmation from Hotel Engine for my company…not an option that I am seeing
App doesn’t load, hotel employees dispute rates
I can’t even get the app to load. And every time I arrive at my hotel, the employees tell me it hasn’t been paid for and they need to charge me a higher rate and I have to spend hours talking to them and the customer service. Too bad I’m forced to use this otherwise I wouldn’t!
Annoying
Great rates but… Twice this week I have tried to book a hotel. First time “the room is no longer available at that price”. Started another search, the same hotel/rate appears, go through booking and “no longer available”. Second booking, found my room, entered details/CC etc and the app hung. Gave up and booked on one of the big sites.

Second time using this app/service and the second time with issues. Over an hour waiting for a room that was never booked and no rooms left.
This is a business account and we have techs that use it daily I hope their experience is not as poor as mine or we are getting ripped off!

Hotel Engine is Great
The site is very easy to use and we are really saving money on our hotel travel.
