Appalling
This is the worst system I’ve ever experienced and if I could I would replace the whole lot. I have had 12 months of issues and as many have said, there aren’t any useful manuals in English, the customer support is no existent and recent changes to the app mean we can no longer log on to adjust the heating. I would not recommend purchasing this system

Latest release buggy
The prior releases worked well enough for me. Not perfect as it was laggy and had the occasional hiccup. Now i am often presented with a new login screen however when i sign in i get an error message “network anomalies”. This is a poor release requiring fixing

Won’t log in, when it does all instructions are not in English. Obviously this app is not being updated. Avoid
Always low battery
My thermostat constantly say low battery! Ive changed the batteries more times than I can remember.

Login issues and connect to WiFi issues
Downloaded the app registered, but I can’t login. Have tried re-setting the password that doesn’t work. I registered again under another email address so I was in the app, but it wouldn’t connect to my Wi-fi. It logged me out and i haven’t been able to login again using either password.

I fit these BeSmarts for my customers, they never have a problem, the detailed information within the installer level is so much help when I’m monitoring my customers boilers remotely.

Locked out of the app and no hot water !! No English instructions and customer service from vokera is non existent!!! New boiler fitted in jan and it hasn’t worked properly for more than a week without a problem of some sort, it’s now may and with every part in the boiler been changed still no hot water and boiler locking out.

Kinda works
When the app works it’s ok, unfortunately currently I have been unable to log onto my account.
No English instructions available, have asked on 3 occasions via their email link and the request is avoided.

Get a boiler which you can manage off a app that needs an instruction manual? and then publish it in Italian not English! then don't help people when asked! Now that's great customer service!
