The worst
Before they switched, it was a lot better. Crappy costumer service as well as crazy delivery fees.

App works ok but I would never use their service. They cancel orders without communication and there is no number to call.

Way expensive, it basically cost $25 to get something delivered so more the your meal.
Lots of delivery issues, no improvement over a month later...
At least half the time I order something the company calls me to tell me they have no drivers and they’re cancelling my order or I’ll get the ‘we’re too busy to do any more deliveries today’ notice when I try to log on and order.
The first time calling me to cancel happened they gave me a credit for a future delivery. Just got called and aside from ‘we’ll refund your credit card charge’ it was kinda crap customer service.
The first time I got the ‘too busy’ message it gave me a code to use for a discount...the next 5 times (different days of the weeks, different times, different restaurants) it gave the same code but when I tried to order a day or so after I got the ‘you can’t use this code again’ message.
I really really want to use these guys because they technically deliver for a lot of places that UberEats/Grubhub/etc don’t...but if over half the time I try to order I can’t and/or I get the ‘too busy’ message, it doesn’t matter how many places you supposedly deliver for...because I can’t actually get any food to show up.

Inflated Prices
I was going to order until I saw the item I wanted was $10 higher than in the restaurant, then they added deliver, tax & a $10 tip to the driver. I would have paid $25 in the restaurant but having it delivered was going to cost me over $58. I dont mind paying extra but more than double is too much.
Horrible in New Bern
This app is false advertising. My “delivery professional” couldn’t figure out to use GPS and had the audacity to be exceedingly rude to me when she called to say she couldn’t find my house. She made a wrong turn. When she finally showed up, the food was lukewarm - she did not have a heat-insulted bag - and looked as if it fell over in her car. I am currently awaiting a response from a chat agent with the developer, but a way to review a driver or file a complaint is absolutely lacking. Worst service ever!

Very happy to have this place available to us!
We don't have as many places available for delivery from them or any delivery service as we are living in a fairly new apartment complex in a busy city, but they offer enough options to keep us ordering! The service has been very quick, without order flaws/mistakes, and we are looking forward to new restaurant options being available soon!
