Cannot unsubscribe and NOT user friendly
DO NOT USE THIS APP! This app is very hard to unsubscribe and has many stringent rules. For example, you cannot stop a subscription for next month when using services within the current month, customer service does not assist you with the tasks, and charge 120 dollars for a missing paper box used to deliver clothes it WITHOUT TELLING YOU in advance the paper box must be returned

Just like my title, I always feeling like having a personal godmother. Changing new clothes new gown new style every occasion. The customer service are very helpful, the app are easy. Style Theory is the best.
Practical and Up to date
I have been using Style Theory for the last 3 months and I have never been happier using a fashion app! This is definitely an app for those who would like to be fashionable, up to date but on a budget. It is also perfect for pregnant ladies like me who is growing monthly in size. I can switch clothes for daily uses and events . The only down side is that they don’t have one day delivery service meaning that you have to wait for the next day after you return your box to order for the next one. Highly recommended for all ladies !!

One stop solution app
Been using Styletheory App for half a year now. Could tell the improvement done to the app from month to month. Fave feature is the personal curation feed. It helps browsing through the myriads of clothing options so much less daunting for me. The chat feature is also in built in the app. Instead of the typical web browser only chat function. I use the chat feature at least once a month to clarify some issues. Amazing customer service btw 👍🏻

Wide range of beautiful clothes, suitable for all occasions. Lots of subscription options and options for delivery/returns make it really simple to use. Their service is fantastic and all questions answered promptly with friendly staff. I honestly don’t know what I did before Style Theory came into my life!

Sustainable smarter fashion
I’ve been using style theory for a few months and I love it. The team is great, and the service is fantastic. I’m a bit taller than average here in sg but there are lots of options to rent. The size recommendation tool still needs a little work (keeps recommending clothes that are too big for my proportions) but if you know your body the size figures provided make it easy to figure out what will fit. You get to try lots of things/styles you wouldn’t have before with the convenience of getting the clothes delivered and picked up, without the hassle of laundry, and best of all helping reduce the impact of fast fashion, knowing that what you’re wearing is going to be used and disposed of responsibly.

I have been using Style Theory for over a year now and so far it always exceeds my expectation! Love everything about it. The delivery/return process are hassle-free and very easy to manage. Everything can be checked through the app. 💯💯 I’d love to see more items from my favorite designers like Keepsake, Talulah, Alice Mccall, Cameo and Finders Keepers in the future please!

So many glitches on both IOS and Android
To the degree that the service is unusable
Great idea but very choppy user interface
I love the idea so i subscribed but unfortunately the UI is very bad. Nothing loads properly, app force ends abruptly, won’t work at all on cellular data... it’s very disappointing that i can’t even browse through clothes when the purpose of this app is choosing clothes.
