Horrible app. *2025-04-26, version 8.0.0* Constantly crashes, I must have deleted and reinstalled this app 5 times in the last two years. About a quarter of the time it won’t open properly and has to be killed and rebooted before it will play. It will stop playing unexpectedly and require a reboot before it will play again. It doesn’t reliably resume playing after I use the microphone on my iPhone. It no longer communicates well with the display in my car that tells me what song is playing. When it does open, it now plays a commercial as the first thing before it gets to the actual stream of The Peak. Just now the app cut into the middle of a song to play the same commercial for some reason. Unfortunately, I live just outside the range of The Peak’s transmitter, so I have to listen to the online stream. Lately the app has become such a pain that I have just been listening to Sirius in the car. App no longer shows current song that is playing so now you can’t see what is playing or rate it. That feature was a must have. Also, why isn’t there a way to contact the station by text or email?
