I have an anxiety disorder and this helps calm me down very effectively! Depending on what mood I'm in I can pick whatever sound I want and I love the wide variety. Perfect app for when I'm sleeping too! I need white noise when I sleep and this does the trick.amorluzymelodia

Lifesaver for newborn!
I used this app when my newborn son was still sleeping in our room. It lulled him to sleep and helped me to not wake up to every little sound he made. Now that he's older and in his own room, I can't sleep without it!! I upgraded to Pro and it was the best purchase! Love it!!Jstruss
