FIX THE Constantly CRASHING!!!!
You get 1 star but I don’t believe you even deserve that! It’s been days of constant crashing of this stupid app. I’d absolutely delete it if I didn’t pay for a subscription which I intend to STOP IMMEDIATELY given the problem with trying to use the app. Troubleshooting tips don’t help to fix the issue and it’s beyond frustrating and annoying to deal with. Expiring coins
I had a subscription to this app that I cancelled because even if you pay for coins every month, they expire. I figured if they’re going to go away anyway, I might as well just go back to the free version. I think this is really a ripoff! If I purchased the coins, they’re mine! You don’t get to penalize me because you think I don’t use them fast enough. Sometimes life happens and you go through a very busy time in life when you don’t get to read as much. I finally had some time and went back to this app thinking how I had been paying every month, so therefore I should have a stockpile of coins I PAID for to binge read for awhile. I had zero coins! Turns out even the ones you buy go away!
In the free version, you can earn coins by watching adds, but I am now on the second day of not being able to watch ads because a notice comes up telling me there are no ads available to watch. There’s the lucky draw, but I have never won more than 4 coins with that. Then waiting to read a free chapter is fine, but the chapters are so short, it’s like you only get two minutes of reading in. Also with the waiting is that different books have different wait times. Waiting 24 hrs to read for two minutes is just dumb! You can shorten wait time to an hour or even ten minutes by watching an ad…but then we’re back to the problem that no ads are available, so you still can’t read.

Lots of freezing bugs
The app has nice ux but the problem is the occasional freezing that happens when you open a book and it only has ten chapters. I have to exit and reopen. And then we I click into a locked chapter, I’m fronted with a screen that gives time to unlock but I can’t click anything on that - not to exit, not to reduce time, not even to buy with coin. Scam alert
Their entire marketing strategy is based around false promotions. Coupons set to expire before they become redeemable, "read to win" events that actually cost more than they pay. False advertising that the authors don’t have the permissions to correct themselves. Readers AND authors beware! This app will alienate your readership.Show lessMuffincups
Upset with all of the changes
I love the app but I’m upset that you’ve not only stopped ‘free story Friday’ and ‘read to win weekends’ but the ‘daily reads’. They were the ways that I was finding new stories and now I’m finding the app quite flat as it just keeps recommending the most popular ones, which I’ve either already read or dislike so stopped. I like the fact we can earn extra coins. But if we earn them they should not expire. My phone died and for several days I’ve had no phone so I lost anything I had. U must think we’re stupid to offer 35 coins for reading a book but we have to pay more than that many coins to read the book. Several times I’ve not received coins I’ve. At least little by little we can read a whole book without having to buy coins. There have been several books I would of read after reading the 3 chapters to get 3 coins but the rest of the the book took coins anywhere from 25-+ chapters. Which would take days or weeks to finish the book only earning 6-9 coins a day. Plus the books ur reading ain’t always up to the point of being able to use the coins. Hence we need to be able to store earned coins till we need them. Still better than the apps where u HAVE to buy chapters to finish a book. I’m not gonna do that when I can go to my library app and read for free and as fast as I want to read.Show lessLuckykylady
