Totally ridiculous
This app has real potential but the way it’s set up is just stupid.
You get less than 5 minutes read time (chapter) then have to wait an hour for the next 5 minutes of read. With ~ 500 chapters that’s 2 months of checking in 8 times a day. No one wants that.
Make the chapters longer or less wait time or just let us buy the book. If we currently buy coins to progress the book would cost hundreds of dollars.Show lessKatyaFitzGerald
Rip Off
First of all, the writing is just okay. Grammatical errors, changes in characters names from one chapter to the next. But the stories are still engaging. My problem is...I might spend $10-$15 on one of these books on a discount table at the book store. Yet the only way to stay engaged with the story and read multiple chapters at a time is to spend a minimum of $4 for 27 coins, which will allow me to read nine chapters of the book in one sitting. Otherwise you have to wait an hour between free chapters. I can read one of these chapters in less than 5 minutes and then have to wait 55 more minutes until I get the next chapter for free. There is no other way, that I am aware of, to earn coins. Perhaps you should offer advertisements, making yourself money, while allow the reader to stay engaged with the story. I am reading one story on this app because I cannot find it anywhere else and then I am finished...I will not be a repeat customer. DO NOT USE RADISH !
Please spare yourself from using this App. Books are expensive and the chapters are short! You can easily spend $100 on coins and not even get close to finishing a book! Also DO NOT sign up for the monthly coins, it’s difficult to remove, they automatically remove money from your account and if not used the coins disappear.

Not Worth It
I like most of the stories on this app but its ridiculous how much you got to pay for coins or how long the wait times are. It could be 3hrs or 24hrs and that only gets you one short episode that takes three minuets to read. Also once you catch up with a story, you cant wait the allotted time to read it. You HAVE to use coins to access or you cant read any further. Even if its the end of the story. Thats stupid. Most other reading apps I'm on only make you wait 30 mins to an hr at most and you aren't forced to use coins. And the coins also cost a-lot for three at a time. Its stupid. They should charge one coin to read. Also when it says you have a free ep to unlock, good luck if its the last few chaps of the story. They make you use coins or wait till it gets updated or a new sequel. All in all, forget this app and go with a better one like Chapters or Choices.Show lessDivaluvscena
Hit or Miss
Most of the storylines I’ve read are great. Some are incredible! Some of the stories are great, but DESPERATELY need to be edited for spelling and grammar. Only a few I’ve read are ridiculously shallow and superfluous. One was particularly tragic; the grammar, spelling, and syntax distracted from an otherwise incredible storyline. My recommendation is to require that each story be edited by an admin (with a decent education, preferably) before it can be posted.
Also, having to stop mid-story because the rest is only available by purchase is extremely annoying, and it has caused me to abandon a story more than once. I get that that’s how you make your money, but maybe have other ways to earn coins. Heck, I’ll watch three 30-second ads for the next chapter any day!
Also, I’ve recently had issues with the app not allowing me to continue to the chapter, despite having met the waiting requirement. There’s no error message, just simply won’t go the the next page, and if I continue trying, even after a few seconds, it ends up freezing the app, so that I have to restart it. It’s only on one or two stories, though, and the rest are fine. So bizarre.Show lessMommyKyLiera
Overly expensive
The payment plan should be a single price per book. As things stand, you can wait for most chapters (normally 3 hours but can be up to 24 hours wait) before unlocking a ‘chapet’ (which is generally about a minute’s worth of content). If you stick with things, you’ll get to a point where the last 15 ‘chapters’ must be purchased. That would be fine if that ‘last 15’ didn’t keep growing for ‘unfinished’ books - you have to keep paying forever on those.
Cheaper to just buy mills and boon! At least then you can read to the end of a book without being bankrupted.Show lessSMS317
Update bites
Since the update (overnight) the books I was reading have gone back to the beginning when I tried the drop down menu it didn’t work (I do however like this option, the ability to refresh my memory without scrolling) my coins from the challenge are not appearing and you’ve removed Paranormal Academy this bites, fix the issuesShow lessmarg dm
Broke and disappointed
The stories are great but they will send you broke! 3 coins per chapter and only 1 opportunity to receive 3 free coins per day! I pay a monthly subscription and get enough coins to read 66 chapters per month - that sounds like a lot of chapters, but these chapters aren’t long enough to be considered chapters! The book I’m currently reading is over 1000 chapters so far and it’s not even finished yet - not even close!!! So you can imagine how much I have spent already in this app - more fool me!!
But there is no point airing your grievances to the developers or Radish support, because they couldn’t care less... maybe they should start... an average of 2.8 stars for reviews over the past 9 months compared to mostly 5 stars 2 years ago, something went wrong there... deleting the app and cancelling my subscription before it’s next due and do yourself a favour, don’t even bother with this app, you’ll be broke before you know it!!Show lessBroEllTay
Too long to wait
I started reading the billionaire’s surrogate during lockdown, do to been out of work because of the pandemic am extremely short on cash so I spent I did spend some money on this book already and I’m only half way through the book. I didn’t want to spend anything at all but due to the book been a great means of escape from my anxiety and trying to reduce the stress of everything going on it almost becomes impossible when having to wait three hours. Which wouldn’t of been so bad if the chapters were a longer read not just 1 page (shouldn’t be called chapters), or every three hours getting 6 chapters (pages)
Not only would reducing the wait time or adding more for the amount of time having to wait, more then likely people would not want to get rid of the app etc. I will only be reading this one book then deleting this app due to the fact I started to read without knowing the wait times. Happy with the book but not worth the money I spent! DONT GET THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO READ IT WILL TAKE YOU YEARS TO READ ONE BOOK WITHOUT HAVING TO SPEND HUNDREDS ON IT!Show lesschanythjkk
