Stops working

We’re using this in our spa and the music is constantly stopping and troubleshooting rarely works to get the music playing again. The only solution is to completely turn on and restart the router interrupting our WiFi and other business that may be needing the WiFi at the same time.
Not ideal when we have clients in our space and receiving treatments.

DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM

One of THE worst investments I’ve ever made.. Tunebridge is not user friendly AT ALL. Everything is out of place and jerky. Every zone thinks it’s the master when controlling volume. Scenes don’t appear when created. If app is open in the background, your phone buttons act as master, and change EVERY ZONE TO MATCH.. this list is never ending… 10’s of thousands of dollars trashed… very disappointed

It’s dog

That should be put down. No on line help and just doesn’t work.

Horrible app

Supposedly simple app - nothing simple about it. Horrible app, not user friendly. Can’t manage the mirage inputs and zones. Just try loading files or setting up favorites. Controls NOT where you would expect them. Wish I had another option for the massively expensive Mirage whole house audio system that I already purchased with the person that did my A/V work. Not sure what else is out there but would buy anything other than the mirage system!

No, just no.

I don’t like this app. It does nothing to help me with my videos to be quite honest. I’m sorry but it’s true. No wonder barely anyone uses this app.

Anywaysss bye

Funky and not easy for our clients

The mirage app is much simpler to use that this one. We’ve been in installing mirage autonomic systems for about 5 years. This new app is horrible! Very complicated for our clients. If you’re an Apple fan this app is horrible.

Pathetic!

For what a Mirage system costs, this should be an awesome app. Instead it’s a buggy mess that makes doing simple things, such as creating playlists, tedious and unreliable. Can’t even log into key streaming services without intervention from an installer. Badly needs a heavy duty desktop version.

Update: What about supporting the 5A and 2A your we still selling just last year???

Fellow screwed Mirage 2A and 5A owners - Update: Do what I did since they are not listening to us. Buy a Sonos Connect and plug into Aux input jack on your Mirage. Then in crappy old mirage app select that aux source and never use old app again iexcept to pick amp zones and zone relative vol levels. Use nice Sonos app for all music selection on all your services and even for overall master volume. You can also hook your Sonos Connect up to Alexa(s) and voice control the Sonos Connect.

Why does this not work with the 5A and 2A? I spent many tens of thousands of dollars on Mirages and Amps for 2 houses. The old app is very long in the tooth and has not been updated really forever and very, very infrequently. You were still selling my 5A and 2A last year but your new shiny app here does not support those????

No support for all product line

When you call the company and inquire when they will support their older streamer and product line, some that are only a little over a year old, they arrogantly respond they have no intention to ever have the new application support those products.

No support for my $50k setup?!!!

Why would you release an app that doesn’t support equipment sold last year? I’m furious.
