Not completely functional on iPhone 15 Pro
Once you’ve selected an image in this app, you cannot go back to the other images because the backwards arrow on the top left doesn’t work making this app completely dysfunctional. Save your money look for something else for your visit to the Musee d’Orsay!
Does not work
Can’t hear anything
What’s with the computer voice
What is with the computer generated voice tours? It is horrifying to listen to. They couldn’t find someone to narrate the toursWith the voice that was pleasant to listen to? I listen to about three minutes and could not stand it. Deleted the app
Very helpful for succinct visits
As a layman I really just wanted to be spoon fed the route to the ‘highlights’ with some info
This app helped us do exactly that. Chose the 1h version and focussed on the 15 or so ‘big ones’
Layout of the gallery is nice and straightforward too

Don’t waste your time or money!
I should have paid attention to the reviews. Information in app is inaccurate. Pieces are not where the app says, descriptions of pieces are wrong, the “audio guide“ is just a computerized voice reading the already terrible descriptions. 90% of the numbered pieces are not even in the app, or are inaccurate. Don’t waste your time or money!

Out of date
This app is out of date for the current collection.
Really poor - including paid version
Guided tours show many exhibits in the wrong place so are difficult to follow, descriptions of works are very high level without any interesting information or detail and audio narration is an automated voice which sounds awful. Avoid!
Bad
First review I’ve ever submitted, but felt compelled because it wasted my time and money. Only a fraction of work described. Robot narration.
Poor performance
I don’t thing this app is sponsored by the museum. Map is immaculate, the numbering does not match most works, and many commentaries from the audio guide at the museum are not included in the premium version of the app. Disappointing.
Disappointing
This app is useless without the in-app purchase ($3.99, I think). Even with that, the audio is by a computer and at least half the paintings I looked up, including the giant Monet featured at the entry to the exhibit, were not included.
