patientMpower Virtual healthcare for lung and kidney conditions The patientMpower app can help people living with Pulmonary Fibrosis, a Lung Transplant, a Kidney Transplant, or Vasculitis. It gives you the tools to manage your condition and take control of your health. The app should only be used when prescribed by a medical professional and you should reach out to a medical professional before making any decisions based on the use of this application. KEY FEATURES: - Sync with connected health devices and the HealthKit/CareKit for the Apple Health app. e.g. spirometer, blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, weighing scales - Track medication usage and get reminders - Share data with your health team - Keep a diary of anything from symptoms to vaccines - Record details of doctor/clinic appointments By using this app, you will be contributing your health data to our Digital Biobank. If you need help installing the app or with anything else, please email us at info@patientmpower.com. The solution is designed for Kidney Transplant, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), Lung Transplant, Vasculitis, Hypertension and Prostate Cancer patients. An amazing app to help manage my IPF disease progression

Thanks to Eamonn, the developer of the app! I recently purchased the spirometer that works with the app and it does an amazing job. It is very easy to use. I wish I had purchased the pulse oximeter as well because mine isn’t Bluetooth capable therefore I have to manually enter the data. With the spirometer my data is uploaded for me. I love it!!
