A version in English would help a lot
no status update
We missed a call from them and were waiting for the delivery but absolutely no status change was shown in the app. Later we decided to call them back, being 100% sure that the call wasn’t important. But they answered that ‘the order was suspended because we didn’t confirm it’. If it work only on phone, than don’t pretend to be an app. Otherwise, talk to us via app.
