At first glance brilliant app, however not having an icon or logo at the side of the password name is not ideal. I say this with constructive criticism rather than a moan. The idea of icons or logos is to locate or pinpoint exactly which password we’re trying to locate. Amazing feature to be able to input your own image but it’s of no use once you’re in the password. We’re so use to recognising brands and their logos. Massive selling point I believe and perhaps favourable to have a thumbnail icon/image visible in the list view than categories. Hope this can be update. In the near future. I will surely come back to this app.Show lessThompsonklass

Beware of Entry Limit on Apple Devices
I used the free addition of this product on my Android phone for years and never had any issues with adding new entries; however, when I use it on my Apple iPhone XR, it blocks me from creating new entries unless I upgrade to the paid version (even if I delete some entries to ‘open up space’).st8guy

Hello, erm what? You never sent any support request. Especially as most users get their mails answered within some hours... Furthermore why giving the app a bad rating for something you forgot? Its explicitly written that a forgotten password cannot be recovered as everything (!) is completely encrypted and only accessible via the master password. Everything else would not make any sense for an app that should keep things secure! To reset just delete data of the app, e.g. by reinstalling.bnports

Cannot update to the pro version since 1 months cause it need iOS 13 minimum and nothing less than this...
Sooooo... i lost all my passwords more more than 60.... lucky me... have to buy a new iPhone that can be upgrade on IOS13 and restore the pro version.... thankCharly9766

Hello, developers regularly update their minimum iOS requirement to target recent features and abilities of latest iOS versions. Its somehow the same like Apple ending support for older devices to get newer iOS version... iOS 13, which is minimum, runs on devices since 2015. You nonetheless can still run the already installed version on a pre-iOS 13 device and of course use the pro version as this always has been the same and the same licensing is available in all app versions.
