  • password and login

Suddenly my password does not work

Every time I want to lookup a password or enter a new one, I have to enter my password. It doesn’t have facial recognition
  • Love this app!

Love it and recommend it to everyone who needs an app to keep their passwords. Have been using it for years and will continue using it for many years to come
  • not very good

I forgot my password and there is no other way to change my password apart from getting into the app

    Developer Response

Hello, why blaming the app for something you forgot and for something that the app is intended for - keeping sensitive data safe? Sorry, but as its also written on very first login, where you defined the password: there is of course no backdoor, anything in cleartext or similar in the app, so there is no possibility to recover a password if its forgotten. To reset everything you need to delete the data of the app. This can be done via re-installation or via iTunes, when having device connected, where you can delete app data via "File sharing" option. For any further assistance simply contact me via email. Best wishes
  • Help

I purchased the pro app, entered all my info on my iPad, but am unable to transfer onto my iPhone, and I can’t seem to find any help on the site to help fix this

    Developer Response

Hello, data transfer, backup and restore has nothing to do with pro version or not as this is something essential that is available to everyone - especially as backups should be done regularly. For any assistance, instructions, help etc please just contact me via email. Best wishes
  • Can’t use family sharing

I would give more stars but when I purchased the pro level it said you can use family sharing. I had planned to share with my wife, needless to say, I can’t. I contacted the app developer and his reply was, it should work. It doesn’t. I like the app but disappointed it won’t do what it said.

    Developer Response

Hello, as already said, its enabled (I even can send you proof -.-). Everything else is NOT in the hand of an app or its developer, its in the hands of Apple and its family sharing. Unfortunately its not clear what are the conditions (iOS version, a/b test etc) that a user has ability to use it. Reports on several websites state completely the same, that it is not available for all users already... Best wishes and merry Christmas
  • Amazing

    Great
  • Import/export

Quite often, it is very difficult to import export from onePlatform to another. I E from android to iOS and vice versa
  • Easy to use, user-centric design

I looked at many different types of apps to help me get a handle on all of the accounts I have including stuff I might sign up for, like a mailing list.

This app is incredibly well designed, it is one of the easiest apps to use, and my data is not stored in some random cloud.

Of the many great features, my favorite is the ability to select the fields you want to use for each entry plus you can have multiples of the same field. This is the best “form” design I have seen - it gives you complete customization of your data collection and display, in the way that you need it (not how someone else thinks it should be designed). This also allows you to evolve your use of the app as things change.

    Thank you!

  • IMO The best Password Manager

I liked this app so much, that I purchased the full version after only 3 or so days after I downloaded it, about a year or more ago.
The reason I like this app is because it does not store your Master Password anywhere. Even the developer himself can’t help you if you forget it, in fact you’re warned about this before you download it. In fact, you can even use it with your device internet switched off.
You have the option to export your Database, say on your Google Drive or Dropbox or wherever you want, so if you say, change your phone or whatever, you can import the Database on your new device and you’re good to go. You may of coarse import the database on another device as well, as long as you have the app installed.
Finally may I state that I have nothing to do whatsoever with this App or the developer, it’s merely my own genuine opinion of this App.

  • Great free app

I had this app with my android for about a year and a half. When I bought an iPhone and needed a password safe app, I came back to the same app. I appreciated that I was able to convert the stored passwords to ask excel spreadsheet to use when switching phones.
