Rude Driver
The Driver was rude, I was on my way back from my work and it was very dark on my route so I missed seeing turn to my house since there aren't any street lights in sleepers hill. Although I was on phone but my eyes were on the road all the way trying not to miss but as I said it was very dark. The driver rudely told me ‘Madam it happened because you were on your phone’ in a very demeaning manner, I told him my attention was on road but he didn't budge and went quiet
At the end of the day, I dont mind getting extra charged if the driver has to retake a route because I missed it, I am the one getting charged anyways. Nothing gives anyone the audacity to be rude. Please don’t send him again if I book your service. Thanks

Pretty average app
There are no alerts when the taxi arrives. Given that the big apps like Uber invented all the key functionality years ago, there is no reason not to offer similar levels of service. Not shockingly bad but not great for sure.

Says card declined or Apple Pay declined
I have enough money in my account and have done all the approved bits through both the app and on my bank and still won’t work!

Hopeless app
Not easy to use. Difficult to set pick up point as it keeps defaulting to your geographic position. Not helpful when I’m trying to book a collection at Winchester station and it picks my location on the train near Woking. Also difficult to edit my favourite/home address. Keeps defaulting to another address in the area. Also slow to start up.

Great service, but terrible app.
Great service but occasionally I forget my password, when I ask to reset my password it tells me that it’s been sent to my email. When I check it hasn’t been sent. I feel like there’s no human being checking the service and I find it frustrating when it doesn’t send me a link to reset my password and my debit card is linked to app and I have to call the office to book a cab and sometimes I do t have cash in hand to pay.
If they actually sent me a link to reset my password I would give them 5 stars.

Really like this app - lets me book a taxi and pay for it and automatically get an email receipt all from in-app, which is so useful for business travel!
My only fault with it is that the tracking screen doesn’t seem to live update, and you can’t come back out of the tracking screen on an iPhone without closing down the app.

Clunky
Clunky app, requires registration for no obvious reason, no tracking of taxi once booked. Not even confident it had been booked! Save your time and call on +44 1962 878727.
Easy to use app.
Regularly gets me from A to B with no fuss, card or cash never a problem. Friendly drivers. Exactly what you’d expect from a great taxi company. Thanks Wintax!!
Great idea; dreadful execution
As Uber doesn’t exist in Winchester yet, a convenient app should be very useful. And the concept is very Uber like. But the app is terrible. Crashes constantly. Get it fixed and it will be very useful. As it is, it’s rubbish.
