Barely functional
This app has all the hallmarks of spec sheet driven outsourcing: unskippable confirmation notices, “submitting” changes explicitly, no coherent sense of interface hierarchy or spatial relationships between pages. And that’s when I can get past the crudely implemented loading screen, which is usually stuck in its choppy animation, one frame misaligned, a mockery of iOS app design.
