I’m still interested

This app seems to be really helpful but when making the account it took hours to get a activation code and multiple password changes to get into the account

Definitely needs improvement

All I can see on this app are the messages. I can’t search anything. When I try it keeps saying no connection when I have full service or even when I’m connected to my home WiFi. Can’t search. Can’t see any profiles. I’m sticking to the website

Improved since 2017

I used this app to find my first sperm donor in Jan 2017 and there were some crashes which I reported. I’ve used it again now for my partner to find a donor and it’s been great with no crashes or problems.

Worried

Luckily I have given any money over yet but
looking at this site it's not for me
Privacy is not available once your pictures are up and details there is no way to remove them
Also to contact them through here doesn't work
So I'm very angered and upset that I can't remove my personal information .
Plus it just just like any other dating site 😡👎🏼

The absolute worst

I've honestly never encountered so many issues with an app since I got my first damn phone. It's unbelievable, I click search and it crashes.. again and again.. I'll update my review if they manage to fix it but it's unbelievable at the moment. Wow.

Freeze and exit

It worked the first time I logged in. Now it doesn't work at all. Whenever I'm trying to search for anything it freezes and exits me out of the app. At the end of it I don't get to see any possible matches.

Interesting

A good idea but a subscription service may not be the way to go, rather it be a service that when you find a match, you pay or something like that. Pretty sure you would make more money.

Stealing money

This company are taking money from my account and handling in vet unprofessionally! I never signed up to them or anything and when I informed them of this their response was "ok bye" £44 they owe me!! Avoid at all costs

Very basic

This app could use a BIG improvement. Every message, whether from the same person or not, is stored as a separate message which is confusing. Also, giving people who don't upload pictures the same profile picture is INCREDIBLY confusing.

I realize it's a free app and service but putting some work into it would be great

Just use the website

I have been using this app for around 20 minutes and already can tell you the flaws are that when writing an email you can't see what you're writing as the screen doesn't move, you cannot visit an emailers profile from your message page, nor can you view profiles without going through, what appears to be a tinder-esque option screen. Needs a lot of work.

Hi Thank you for your feedback. We recommend you upgrade your iOS to the latest version 10.3 I have just tested the features you specified: I am able to view my message whilst typing When you send a message you are able to view that members profile, however you cannot view a profile in the middle of typing the message without leaving that message page. Profiles can be viewed without completing any information what so ever. A swipe left and right system is used to browse profiles. Please contact us if you continue to have any problems.
