  • More colors

The Nike are low 1 by you shoes have only like 8-10 colors. Those colors are cute, but I would like to have more colors to choose from. About a month ago, I had purchased these pastel costume made shoes with a brown bottom for a friends birthday. When she had opened the shoe box she look kinda upset she told me she had wanted her first pair of nikes to be a Hot pink color. I told her that this pastel pink was only pink on the color line they had. She was really disapointed. I know I could have just bought the already made hot pink, shoe but she wanted the bottom to be brown, and I wasnt going to paint the bottom of her new shoes a brown that doesnt match the real brown that would have came on the shoe. I didnt want to return the shoe so I told her to keep them and that I would buy her the actual Hot pink nike shoe. Overall the app is great. I love each option they have on the Nike app, but I really wished they had a bigger variety of colors to choose from to make youre air low dedicated to you or a special person.

Nike.. garbage.. Nike app… garbage.. Nike website.. garbage.. 4.9 rating in the App Store? Garbage. All I see are 1 star reviews… seems the only thing they’re good at besides draining your wallet for Walmart grade shoes that look pretty is how to rig an App Store rating. But hey Nike + Apple are good at selling garbage as top notch products. So I’m sure it’s not hard to fudge the numbers for a fellow billion dollar company. What’s a TINY LIE between corporations. It only hurts the people who work hard for their money. Not their stock price. The only good thing about Nike is the sales on 3 year old styles. That’s when you can get a pair of shoes made by 10 year olds in a sweatshop in India for a 400% mark up. You can get bootlegs and knock offs that are better and last longer than a pair of 250$ Nike shoes. At least the bootleggers work hard to make them look like the “real” deal. I’ve gotten T-shirts and hoodies from target that are better quality than Nike.. Save your money. If you need Nikes to have friends or get a girl than maybe you should invest in different people not GARBAGE shoes and clothes. In closing I feel sad for these people who need Jordan’s to feel alive. You’re a sad sad person.

  • Doesn’t work!

Worse app ever, literally always seem to have problems with it! I never normally leave reviews but, felt like I needed to as it’s really frustrating and when ever I try to purchase something and put items in my basket it always says “oops, we couldn’t add products to your bag. Please try again later” and no matter how many times I try it does the same thing and I’m unable to buy anything! And I ended up losing out to item! Even asked for support with customer services and got nothing back from the app! Rubbish!

  • Why have an exchange button if you have to do it outside the app?!?

It’s super frustrating and a waste of time to have an an exchange button and then say you have to call to do so. Then when you call their automated system doesn’t understand you, so you are placed on hold. While on hold they tell you it would go quicker if they text message you a link to chat with a representative. You click the link and again you are waiting in a queue. When you finally get a rep and you tell your issue, they ask the same questions over and over again. Also, if you answer and the rep is wasting your time—ur—doing whatever they are doing, the chat will time out and disconnect you. It is the most inefficient waste of time ever, and it shows that Nike has made the process as difficult as possible to discourage exchanges. This can all be avoided if the app’s exchange button worked or it just sent you to the text chat to exchange your shoes. This app is annoying and useless. Just go to their website and buy shoes.

  • Love me some custom 90s!

Love the customisation ability for some sneakers! Lately there seems to be a little trouble switching to mens sizes from womens when checking out, making me unsure if the size I order is correct.
  • Get Strava Instead. This App is Poor Quality

Time and time again Nike leaves its mark as a surface-level brand. Made to inflate the egos of others while masking its low quality with gimmicks and flashy colors. They’ve lost multiple of my runs. When I contact Nike Inc. they try blaming me and my service instead of accepting that they are in the wrong. They made me delete and reinstall my app 4 times and it helped nothing. As a Marathon runner it is such an annoyance when they lose my runs for multiple miles and I can’t know my pace, my max sprint, max mile, max effort. This is not for my ego, it’s to build myself as a runner. That’s why I have an app for but it’s useless when all it does is advertise false concepts. There have been multiple times the Auto pause will pause when I’m running or not play when I commence my run again. Nike you’re app is just as poor quality as your sweatshops. Strava and Puma are the way to go. Maybe follow your slogan instead of just saying you’ll be better and ‘Just Do It’. Sincerely, a once long time Nike runner, no longer.

  • Poor quality products

Have ordered the same trainers 3 times now from online all have been defective upon arrival, as no ability to do exchanges online I’ve had to return and contact the chat/call centre everytime I reorder as I had a £25 promotion which they kept having to put on after the new order was placed.
3rd time I gave up and drove 30 miles to get a pair from store, to find they only sell junior 90’s online ! Reluctantly have re looked online to find they are now all out of stock !
Total joke I’m shocked at how poor the quality is given the price you are paying.
Also missed out on 25% off other products as they advertised Black Friday as finshing Central European time despite me living in the UK which is a different time zone

  • Canadians users

No point in installing the app in Canada
There will never be sales even on black friday and heard people says the promos for birthdays never works and get rejected by support.
Pretty disappointed of nike in Canada. Should go to adidas where they really care for their clients
  • We want SNKRS Canada

It’s about time we should get it
  • Can’t switch from Canada to US

It’s a great app but since the latest update a few days ago I lost my birthday gift discount that was there and I can’t toggle between Canada and USA. If you can fix these issue I’ll give it a 5 start rating. Thanks.
