Interesting but still no service
You need to register/join to use the app which is annoying. I can still just browse on the web.
I asked about some custom shoes not being available anymore and service was terrible. I had to keep repeating my question even though the chat bot says the “team mate” will review the chat history but I couldn’t get an answer. They just prolong the response time.

I bought a retro 3 a couple of days ago and what they sent me was disastrous. The shoe looks as if it was a 3-year-old who made it. It had glue all over the edges. it was also badly painted. It didn't look like a real shoe at all. when I called to try to solve the problem, they told me that they could not send me other shoes that the only thing was to return the money. that is not a logical solution. because I only wanted the shoes there are no acceptable solutions for customers. Nike is very bad now. they only have excuses for COVID. it's kind of stupid for a big Yam companyShow lessdielopez07
Never order from here
My wife ordered something from here and they left the parcel outside then when I came home I couldn’t find it and what they did is they sent someone over to my house to threaten my wife while I was at work my wife was all alone with my 2 years old baby and some man just tried breaking into the house and made her feel so unsafe I had to leave work immediately and that is now affecting my work my time and everything not worth it at all spending money then going through all of this. Processing/shipping takes forever!
Nike prepared my shipment for 4 days - 1 box, 2 shoes (1 pair) - 4 days. Thanks Nike! My shoes must be sooo prepared! The best part is… I didn’t even have to pay extra for all the preparation, nope, Nike just put my shoes in a 4-day time capsule free of charge! I can’t wait until I get to wear them for the first time (hopefully by 2027) and I rack up compliments like “Wow, those shoes look so prepared. Did you order those and let them marinate in a Nike warehouse for 4 days?”
I’m estimated to receive my shoes 17 days from when I ordered them. Mind you, these are not limited edition, they aren’t new releases, they are very basic white Nike SB’s. My suggestion would be - if you’re thinking you MIGHT want a pair of Nike shoes in the distant future - go ahead and put in the order right this second. I mean, sure, by the time you receive them people will be wearing some sort of futuristic Tesla Hover Boots but at least you’ll have your extra super max prepared Nikes.Show lessBrad Gober
Worst shopping app I have ever tried. Do not recommend
I will never use it again. It is the most non-user friendly app I have ever tried.
I am a frequent online shopper and I use multiple online shopping apps. This one is the worst and the most inconvenient one.
This app is just shocking especially considering that it belongs to such a great brand… I would have never expected this from Nike - a brand which is normally associated with high technology and modern approach etc.
Please, text your app for user -friendly features and it would be great to redesign it.
I would rather buy Nike from other retailers than from this app again.
You do not have any relevant messages regarding your orders or return, your inbox only gets promotions and not what you are looking for.
It is also difficult to find things in this app.

Showing multiple items that are not in stock
Very frustrating to shop on a website that shows shoes and clothing as available. You spend time shopping, comparing products thinking about what you can get, finally make your decision and go to your cart. Enter your details to be met with an error message that there is no stock to meet your requirements. Yet the items are still showing online as in stock .
For a company as big as Nike, they should be on top of this. Really poor. I really don’t want to waste my time shopping here again.Show lessog 55

Just sitting here happy because Nike once again put a smile on my face. All my life Nike has been such a great brand and company. Products would come out and I would only dream and aspire to get them so that I could feel cool going to school. When I was fortunate enough I would get a pair of sneakers from Nike and feel like a million bucks. Now I get the opportunity as a mom to see how happy I make my kids when I can buy them Nike sneakers to go to school in style and share such an amazing experience with them. I even got sweaters and some accessories. Just love the brand. Thank you for being so diverse and keeping it always 100 with your customers. 😌Show lessMajBod
