I need help!
I’ve not been able to get into my Nike app for 4 months now. After I updated my phone a few updates ago already the Nike app literally doesn’t leave the screen that says find products faster. Every time I try and press the next, nothing happens at all, I’ve called apple about it and also spoke with Nike and I just got a new phone and still haven’t been able to get into the app, only only works. Is there anything you guys can do to help me I literally live on the Nike website and this is so inconvenient to only be able to get on the app from the web.Show lessel macho prieto510

Very bad experience
Ordered shoes for my son from this nike app and after waiting for 10 days they want to me to take refund like nothing happens so just take the refund & whatever.
My son was really looking forward for these shoes and now i am gonna have to tell him that you not are having it because its just lost in transfit & they dont have it in stock anymore so bad luck for us.
Really wasn't expecting this kind of service from this level of brand. They are offering discount voucher for future purchase but whats the point when you pay for something & they take the payment the second you place the order and then after waiting for 10 days its just lost so take your money back. I Will try next time to get from shop instead of there app.

No search option by name of the shoes
Got the search option then asks you to take a photo of the shoes. Really ok then. Go take a photo Error try again Error try again Error. I still cant find the shoes that i want on the even on the listings.Enes 83
Don’t buy customise order
I bought 2 customise shoes for me and my wife. After, 1 month when it was delivery date, it didn’t came. I contacted chat support and was told it won’t be coming. After, 1 month and Only after I contacted they told me it won’t be coming. Besides, I enquired in-between and was told it would come early. And they had the audacity to say “ here, take 10% off for your next order”. Is this a joke?????Show lessRabin231
Keys to outside world
Sounds a bit dramatic i know but i honestly couldn't go outside if i didn't wear nike its as simple as that... the wide fitting and air soles give me the comfort and relief i need as i have just been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.. my feet knees take all the impact when I'm out walking so these “ Gutties “ as we say in Scotland 🏴 are my keys to getting out and enjoying life.
