They allow you to open an account, you pay £10 for the card and then they close your account with no warnings also taking whatever money is left in the account. Absolute scam..Mo88729387

The app is great if you want to use it to purchase something but the customer service set up is trash and i send around 5 transactions and two of them haven’t showed up and these are at different times i was waiting but nothing changed its been almost a week now and i can’t even contact customer service.Show less@guccy_kxd

It says that it is available and works in Canada but does not. If you have money in this app, you will never get it back if you are in Canada even though it says it is. Customer Service is no help. Now i’ve lost money LOLSchultzieeeee

It's got potential to be a really good platform, however it's very easy for scammers to have a payment and there is no way to retrieve the money. Once payment as been completed they can't get it you back, even though they have their email and account details 🤨MN1509
