Waste of time
Downloaded the app hopeful to start using immediately. I was happy to verify myself with the documents requested but before I could do anything I was locked out. I’m actually glad as I’m reading these comments that I didn’t call them to try fix the problem. Will not look twice at this company again. Just a waste of timeShow lessThis Apps Stupid!

Despite providing the correct credentials, I get an unknown error when I try to log in. The solution from customer service was to not use the app but instead go to the website. Useless application
App only requires about 3 verification processes and the first process is to find your account , and which I already did . On my dashboard section it says my account is fully verified , but when I try to make any transactions they tell me my account is disabled and I need to complete my verification . What else is there to verify when I’ve done all 3 required verification . As for me this app is just a way to lose money because I can’t get my money backShow lessF🖕🏿CK YOUR LIFE WECHAT

Fraud alert
Paid money into the wallet, but they cleverly avoided telling me it’s use is restricted to certain merchants. Meanwhile the logo is associated with online shopping sites that refuse payment from them. Worse is that they make it so cumbersome to get a refund.
I have to pay far more than I deposited to retrieve my funds. Scam of the highest order. Please beware.Show lessRal b
