I v been using NETELLER for almost 5 years locally and when I travel
I want say They are one the best banks I ever used
Even when they blocked my account it was for my own safety ( they thought I didn’t make some transactions) I send email they called in 24 hour and open it my account again
I totally understand and respect every decision they make

Awkward to use and very poor customer support
I got roped into using this when I attempted to deposit some money into 888Casino I put £20 on my account but selected the wrong gambling setting as a result I was unable to use my money on the casino I contacted them and found out there was no way to change it, when I tried to withdraw my money it wouldn’t work and even sending it charges you, overall terrible experience and I’m £20 downShow lessPerformance 69

Unable to register
I’m trying to register my account here, but it’s not taking my birthday and phone number. It shows Months on each table whether its MM, DD or YY. Please rectify this issue.

What’s up with that? Got to enter the security id every single time going into the app, has Neteller not heard of Face/Touch ID integration!? Or is it that they just can’t be bothered? In any case the app is pretty rubbish anyway.Charliebenk
