App will not load upon opening. Says “bad internet connection - try again”. Neither WiFi nor 5G work.
Can’t even open
Useless. Crashes the second you open it.

Doesn’t work
Downloaded this as recommended by the World of Winter folks, so I hadn’t read the reviews. It doesn’t work. Constant crashing. The worst part is that these reviews are old… some over 5 years! It seem that this app is not supported and/or Grand Rapids and the developers don’t care. Why suggest people use an app you must know DOES NOT WORK?

Basic bugs results in app being useless
Crashes when attempting to search. I’m in the space but cannot actually access it to pay for parking. Worst city parking app I’ve used.

Spins, then says something went wrong, try again. Never loads.

Takes forever to load, and when it does, it crashes. Don’t download.

Deleted app almost immediately. You can’t use the search. It crashes every time.
Frequent Crashing
This app crashes almost every single time I use it. Don’t try the search bar because it will cause it to crash too. There’s not “map” option when trying to view parking lots, just a list by the garage name, which is really difficult to try and navigate. You’re probably better off just driving around and looking for parking because this app will only frustrate you more...
