As the name of the game tells, 10th Tap is very important for the player. In the game you need to tap on the screen which gives points to the player. Every tap is one point, but every 10th tap white or black dot appears. If player taps just the screen dot disappears. If player taps white dot, it gives 3 points and additional 2 seconds. If player taps black dot, it takes 1 point and also takes 1 second. 

It is very fun game to kill some time.
