There is little explanation of how various features work, and it is getting reworked several times right before the biggest game of the year - Super Bowl. While they did keep the score on the game, there was no announcement in the game for the winners. I did not get notifications to work. Even in 4.0.4, there is a winner page listing out the winner(s) of the pool. And, we have checked that all the 10x10 Super Bowl pool winners have been notified by email. I was able to organize several pools through the playoffs easily, and get the members to join without issues. Pool setup is easy and pretty intuitive. My members took to this quickly. If you’ve organized pools before, you know that the hardest thing is getting the boxes filled by the players. I’d get dozens of emails with people requesting specific boxes, which may have already been taken. That back and forth communication is GONE, as the players pick their own boxes. And the players can see real-time results as the winning boxes are highlighted at the end of each quarter. First of all the app wouldn’t let me see my square chart, it kept force quitting. I shared it with friends and they had the same issue. If it doesn’t work off the bat how is it going to perform day of the game? I reached out to the help email about the problem and no answer. Try another app or website. **Developer response:** We have thousands of users on our latest version 3.3.8, over 100 Super Bowl pools in play. Let us know when you purchased the pool, your host name or email, we will be glad to help. I messed up my board this year and called customer service and they immediately helped me clear things up.
