비회원 주문 본인인증 철저히 해줬음합니다
디엠도 있던데 확인도 안하니 여기다 개선 요청합니다

몇일전 전 주문한적도 없는데 여기 쇼핑몰에서
저에게 주문완료 배송안내 카톡과 문자가 왔어요
실제로 대한통운 배송안내 문자도 오고 수취인 주소 모두
모르는 사람 것이였습니다

비회원 주문이라고 포인트 적립 받으려면 회원가입하라며
문자도 오던데 전 주문한적도 없는데 이렇게 연락오니
피싱인가 싶어 찝찝하고 당황스러웠어요

본인확인 없이 주문이 돼는 시스템인지 
주문에 제 번호가 사용되어서 자꾸 연락오니 너무 불편합니다 
다른 사람이 제 번호를 잘못 입력해도 주문이 돼고
또 상관없는 사람에게 연락오고 너무 불편하네요

이런 일 없게 비회원 주문도 
본인인증 해야만 가능하게 시스템 개선 조치를 해주세요
